Get ready to do dishes by hand

I called Samsung the first day of use because the dishes were not drying at all. They were washed in sanitize mode as well as heated dry mode. Long story short, after much back and forth with Samsung, the repairman says the unit is working as designed but the vent doesn't open enough to let the steam escape hence the condensation on the dishes(major design flaw Samsung). Even worse, even though this was delivered only 3 weeks ago and installed 2 weeks ago, Best Buy says I'm outside of the return period. I am now stuck with an absolutely beautiful piece of junk.

Cleaned dishes well but after about a week dishwasher makes a noise after it starts. Bestbuy said they would contact me about warranty but still havent heard anything. I would probably not buy samsung again .buyer beware!
