Drove 70 miles removed old working dishwasher installed Samsung which never worked from the get-go heater element not working door would not open to vent since it was new I called to have it repaired no repair person in the area I was left with two choices they almost $300 more for another dishwasher or get my money returned I chose the second the worst thing about the whole deal was my parents were without a dishwasher for 3 weeks since Samsung said not to remove the dishwasher and tell the claim was resolved then I got to drive another 70 miles and swap the dishwashers all in all the discounts on open-box aren't always a good idea if you can't check the product before purchasing

This dishwasher has not worked from day 1...I only use a dishwasher once every 7-10 days as I live alone. Today it just stopped!! It is barely 30 days old!! I am so upset!! The install was expensive

It takes a long time to do a mediocre job. Most dishes need scrubbed pretty heavily before they are put in, which kind of defeats the purpose. It's loud. I'm not a fan of the slanted tines in the racks.

Used daily for light loads (2 person household) the moisture vent fan crapped out and needed warranty work done. the dishes almost never come out dry even when sitting with the heated dry funtion

I would not recommend this dishwasher to anyone, it made a very loud noise from the very beginning when we bought the the thing, it was annoying, but we just assumed it was the way it was meant to be, we came to find out it was not after having someone work on our Samsung Refrigerator tell us that the dishwasher should not be making that sound. Needless to say both the refrigerator and dishwasher have both been replaced though our geek squad protection plan with a whirlpool refrigerator and dishwasher! DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES! They are trash !

absolutely absurd that an appliance inly 1 year old has broken twice and the parts are on backorder for months at a time.

I experienced problems with this dishwasher from the very beginning. Eventually, I was refunded.

The racks are not practical. Some are slanted and so doesn’t provide enough upper rack space for cups, etc. I would not have purchased this model if i had used it before my purchase.

Purchased this dishwasher, used it for about 7 months (not even everyday) and had the drain pump go out. We didn't use it everyday because this particular dishwasher didn't dry very well either. I tried everything to get dry dishes with no luck. We always had to dry them by hand if we wanted dry dishes. Maybe our dishwasher was just a fluke with the issues but I'm not willing to take another chance with a samsung dishwasher.

I'm not sure if I got a faulty dishwasher or if this product is just bad. The dishwasher hums extremely loud & the dishes stay wet! I even ran the dishwasher before I left for a few days & when I got back the dishes were still WET!!!! Yes I used the heated dry & all the different options & no changes.

I had a leak in my kitchen because the valve on the dishwasher has failed. We had had multiple issues with it. It look pretty that's about it.

Great item but they delivered the wrong model. It took over a month to get the right one. Then it had a a small dent. Not my greatest experience buy item works as intended.

For the price it's ok but I'm not a fan of the top buttons or how is built... There's a lot of plastic but it does the job

Had issues right off bat. Repairs needed first week. Not happy with this dishwasher at all

The way it's set up inside you hardly can fit anything
