We have had issues with almost every appliance. Our over the range microwave only worked for 6 months. Our dishwasher never cleaned well and now only the bottom rack comes clean. Our dryer only works on one setting.. Our refrigerator leaks water. Needless to say I WILL NEVER buy another Samsung product! Their customer service is awful. We have already had to replace the microwave and dishwasher. Refrigerator will be next. Waste of money!!

Samsung says its only the water making it loud! I spent all this money for a stove dishwasher fridge and microwave and they just say its ok that its loud!! Samsung needs to stay making DVD players and not kitchen stuff!! WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMEND SAMSUNG TO ANYONE OR BEST BUY! Even the warranty is a joke! Its never there product!!!!!!!!!

I tried contacting Samsung but either they put me hold for ever and never come back to the phone or they hand up on me. I tried Chatting but they never answer the questions either! I thought I was in good hands buying a Samsung but I was wrong!! Very disappointed!!!!! My whole kitchen flooded

Now two of the appliances have problems. This dishwasher no longer completes a full cycle, and it doesn't clean or dry the dishes. Very frustrating that after only 2 years the appliance is starting to fail. The warranty is only 1yr so now I probably have to replace the unit or pay to have a certified repair service done.

Design Flaw

This is because steam seeps through it slowly as time goes by. When the tech showed me the circuit board after removing the panel and it does not have a cover. What genius made this? Stay away from samsung dishwashers. They are a nightmare!

Fan started making loud buzzing noise weeks after purchase, now there is draining issues and cycle will not finish. Dishes don’t come out dry and I also use a rinsing agent. I like Samsung appliances but this one sucks
