I'm enjoying my new dishwasher for the most part its quieter than my older one

The heated dry doesnt really work, leaves everything still wet, but washes well

Works great .. easy to install for beginners. I would recommend to a friend.

Does not completely dry during cycle. Tupperware and glasses still have water on them and need to sit out to dry.

Great dishwasher for the discounted Best Buy pricing. The stainless steel finish with the key functions located inside the door looks great and its pretty quite too.

Pretty easy to install and quiet when on. Dishes and pots come out clean. No issue so far and it looks nice.

Nice dishwasher but racks are very low and tracks could be better. Washes dishes great and by putting a little extra insulation it is very quiet. Wash load complete in about 1-hour. Wish utensil rack was in front instead of the side.

With our open floor plan we looked for a very quiet dishwasher. Well we find it!! Cannot hear it working. Does a great job cleaning the dishes. Recommend Best Buy and Samsung 100%

We had an old Frigidaire that sounded terrible and had to be replaced when the sprinkler head melted to the dry coil. We didn’t want to pay $600+ for some of the new models, but I love Samsung. This was the best priced and quality Samsung without going overboard on budget. It’s a dishwasher and it’s better than basic, gross, cheap apartment dishwasher, but it is nothing fancy. We did have a problem with the hookup to the hot water. The part leaked and had to be serviced twice in the first three months. It was annoying but now it’s been repaired and works fine. You do want to add a product like jet dry to help aid drying. This is not a big deal and the detergent despenser has a reservoir right next to it. If you want to save money and not freak over having to use jet dry then this washer will do you fine!

Machine works nice but I don't like the basket set up. It is a bit strange.

We got our dishwasher and after about 30 days of use, it started making a buzzing sound at the beginning of the cycle and has now progressed to buzzing throughout the entire time it runs! So horrible. We have to run it at night because it is so horrendous. We have contacted Samsung and repair people have came. Stated they were ordering parts, vaguely. Two weeks later no parts and the case had been closed by Samsung yet we still have a buzzing dishwasher with no repairs. So now we are trying to open another claim to get this thing fixed. So frustrating! The only reason it has one star is because it still runs and cleans dishes.

This was a great purchase. Quieter than the GE product I replaced. FAR better looking. Cleans better. Not sure about the water usage or electric usage but I don't care.

Very quiet! The only complaint is that does not Completely dry dishes

Our biggest issue with this is that they are not dry after the high heat dry cycle. We are still having to dry everything by hand after they are washed and left in the dishwasher to dry.

Quite and efficient dishwasher, I literally had to put my hand on it to see if it was working. Led touch panel which is beautiful designed. Great purchase overall.
