**Don't buy*** Seems like the updates to the computer corrupts the hard drive. Samsung and HP update all the the time to this computer. I bought this and within 3 months had to get it repaired due to update. Same thing happened just a little more than a year later. Can't use. Won't allow to update. It is corrupted. We used virus protection, however, this computer is worthless when it needs to wiped clean and have a computer tech put everything on there.

This Samsung 40 " TV is big and wide than I preferably expected and everything included inside.

Easy to set up except for getting locked out and geek not being able to find my coverage

Purchased this All In One only to find it defective out of the box with a bad touch screen. Returned it for a second unit, which performed much better but still had the same defect, a "false touch" on the touch screen up near the webcam. The second unit was much better, but still suffered the issue every several days. A restart would fix it for a while. It was a shame, as this unit is very handsome with a cool design and very premium feel. I also could never quite get the computer to sleep for a long period without it shutting off, but that was more than likely a windows 10 issue. Lastly, I had some issues with both units' Windows Hello cam constantly searching. I turned it off and used a physical log in. Hope you have better luck than I did. It just seems like this product has a bad batch of touch screens. I would still buy other Samsung products.

While the initial start on the computer is a little slow, the unit perfoms very well.

I love this computer. Compact, efficient, and have had 0 problems with it.

Terrible setup instructions... actually one page.. insert plug and then plug into outlet. Power on and follow onscreen instructions. Nothing about calibrating touch screen or anything else. Mouse kept floating to top center of screen. Asked Best Buy about and they told me it was bad screen and return for money and buy different computer. All of these have issues. Once I turned off touch screen computer worked great, but I did buy for touchscreen capability. So, I returned and yet have found replacement.

The computer is nice but I had to send it back to Samsung for repair of the touch screen. Samsung made It very easy to return. After repair in about a week I should have a better feel for the overall quality.

The picture on the monitor is very clear. Almost like watching tv.

This computer has exceeded my expectations. Outstanding product!
