love the size and the touch screen is crisp and fast. Help with recipes with the online search i can see what I need if I'm at the market and the list features so I can know what to buy. I definitely recommend the fridge well worth the price . And easy to integrate with my other samung products .

My husband and I have been wanting this fridge for some time. Now that we have it's great. We love the Family Hub, great for grocery list, calendar, playing music, getting recipes. I love that it connects to my Samsung smart phone. The interior layout is great, can fit an amazing amount of food. We are totally happy with our purchase.

I am absolutely love everything about this refrigerator!!! My husband just had to have it when we built our new house so I finally gave in and let him get it. The kids love it just as much. You can view the inside of your fridge from anywhere in the world. Amazing!!

Literally everything you need in a fridge. The nice design with that big screen on your door, want to know your refrigerator temperature without opening the door or change the temperature, no problem ask Alexa she'll help you out. Take a look inside without opening the fridge through your phone , play music , hook it up to your ring door bell and see who's at your door, write a memo and leave it on your screen ,play some music while your cooking or washing the dishes. I love it. Overall experience excellent, does what a refrigerator has to do plus a lot more.

My 16 year old fridge started to die right before the 4th July sales... for once something gave out before instead of after the sales. After reviewing fridges online I noticed that there was a big sale on this Samsung Family Hub fridge; I would not have looked otherwise as I refuse to pay silly money but the price was just the same as a regular fridge. After doing some research for a couple of days I decided that this was a good fit and it was in stock! When it came I was surprised how much more room this had in both the fridge and freezer areas than my old one. And the Family Hub is amazing! I haven't even looked at half the things it can do but I am very impressed so far (tells me when food going out of date, temps inside, etc). Digital photos can be uploaded although there's a bunch of pictures that come with it. Kids love to "draw" with the digital brushed and pens and make great pictures and messages. The shopping list is very helpful. It plays music via amazon or Spotify. Bixby (the assistant) talks to you and will even tell you the weather. I get notifications if the door is left open (that was an issue with my old fridge as little people didn't check to make sure it was closed many, many times and food was ruined - fridge was old and that was part of the problem but..... ). I am not usually impressed by fancy technology but I absolutely love this. I find myself looking at it in the evenings and watching the calm relaxing beach scenes (yes, it's even a video of waves gently lapping the beach at sunset). I have never looked at a fridge so often! I just love this! Best Buy delivered within a week and the guys were great -in an out in 20 mins (including set up). This is the first time I have been impressed by a kitchen appliance!! Did I say that I love this fridge???!!

its smart, helpful... alot of space! love the feature to look inside and see if i need anything. if you have a big family this fridge works well to leave messages to each other. if you have samsung applicances this will integrate seamlessly. ***Highly Recommend*** can get it very cheap on sale! I did!

We installed this refrigerator yesterday and we love it. I downloaded family pictures and personalized the screen, can play music while I cooked a recipe from my Pinterest account. This morning when I got my half and half out for coffee, the fridge asked if I’d like a bacon quiche for breakfast and if I wanted to go to the recipe! The family hub is great! The contents of our old fridge basically fit in this new fridge and left two shelves open yet- plenty of room!

I have been wanting the Samsung Hub for the past 2 years and when I received an alert that Best Buy was having an appliance sale, I had to get it. It has been 10 days since my Samsung Hub was delivered and I love it. I listen to Pandora every time I cook. I leave messages for my kids and husband on the fridge. Can't wait to discover more things.

Great amount of space! Family loves the smart screen. Scans fridge for grocery list but can never seem to get the products right...oh well lol. Took a couple days before ice maker began making ice. Did not realize when purchased that it does not have water dispenser but we bought a pitcher that filters the water for way less than exchanging it for a fridge with water dispenser. Overall If day it is a great fridge so far!

WE RECENTLY HAD OUR FRIDGE GO OUT, AND ALWAYS THOUGHT ABOUT A SMART FRIDGE. IT DOES EVERYTHING! FROM LINKING TO OUR RING DOORBELL, TO BEING ABABLE TO SET REMINDERS, EVEN HAS CAMERAS ON THE INSIDE TO SEE WHAT IS IN YOUR FRIDGE WHEN YOU ARE AT THE STORE. THE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER CAN EVEN BE HOOKED TO YOUR PHONE TO PLAY THINGS FROM THERE. THIS FRIDGE IS GREAT, AND YOU WOULD NOT REGRET BUYING IT!

We’ve had this refrigerator for about a month now and we love it! So much more space with the French doors, maybe a little less space in freezer, but we’re ok with that. The family hub is great, still trying to learn everything it can do.

It's almost been ONE year since we got this fridge. This Samsung fridge is a dream! It's so roomy and the french doors allows us to find and grab everything so easily. We love the very friendly and easy access to our icecream and frozen items. It's so smart to connect to our phone, it's a huge screen to display our family and pet photots. It's so smart it reminds you what's in your fridge and make recommendations dishes automatically. We actually chosen to not to have the ice machine, we gain so much spaces for a variety of cold drinks. We just scoop up the ice easily from the frozen session. Like how this fridge is given you options like this.

I LOVE IT! Plenty of space and the family hub is perfect for my size family. The delivery guys were so friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.

This fridge gives more personality to my kitchen. The screen apps cover all the basic needs. My family loves it!

LOVE my new fridge! However, when I purchased it the specifications weren't listed accurately because it was a new model. I attempted to Google the new model myself, and even the Samsung website didn't have them updated. Anyway, that is all to say that this fridge does not have a water dispenser. This fridge replaced another Samsung fridge that I had, and the water dispenser was inside to the left. I assumed this one would be the same. I was able to purchase a 20L Britta Water Dispense and it fit perfectly in the fridge and it actually looks like it belongs with the fridge.

I was somewhat skeptical about buying a smart fridge but now that I have it in the home it's great! The integrations with other products like the Ring Doorbell are fantastic. While you could accomplish all this with an iPad or other smart device, it's great having that massive screen right at eye level. Rest of the fridge works as expected - also no water dispenser on this one...which for me is a feature...I don't use water dispensed this way so it was only one more thing to take up space and potentially break, so I'm glad it doesn't exist. Prefer the rest to be streamline on the front.

This frig is great! Lots of space, and makes communication with family members easy and fun! Delivery was fast and professional! Communication from Best Buy was awesome every step of the way! Love this product!!

Good fridge but no water dispenser. The hub is great to have when cooking.

Great appliance; save energy while looking if your have your groceries on stock and how much fresh. Also the perfect home entertainment while you're at kitchen and with the Samsung hub get notifications from all your smart devices at home in just one place!!!
