Hoping replacements are cheap. Drawer in top is very flimsy. Love the layout, space and freezer with drawer rollout.

It’s little over a year later and freezer stopped working. Parts on back order going on 25 days without a fridge with two young children who are back in school. It has been a disaster getting Samsung to exchange or provide a refund for the current cost to replace after year. Save your money and choose a better brand.

When I tried to do it, I noticed that error message was blinking. I called them and the other delivery guy couldn't fix the issue. I decided to return the fridge and ordered a new one. The guy who was delivering a new fridge said the top wires had not been connected. And that's the basic operation that should be done during the installation. And if you call a geek squad they will come in a week as they are all booked. So you will live with broken fridge for 5 days. Can you really do it?
