My fridge has an issue with water leaks on the bottom of the interior of the fridge and then freezes so I have difficulty opening the drawer. I then have to chip it all out and dry until the next time. The repair guy looked at it and it would cost so much to repair, I may as well buy a new fridge, different brand! It’s ridiculous that it’s not that old and issues are already happening. I have no idea where this water comes from as my water or ice are not hooked up.

My rating for this refrigerator is so low because I'm not suppose to open the freezer door. If I open it, there is plenty of frost all over the freezer. So if you don't mind frost all over your food and ice, this is the refrigerator for you.

I only had the Samsung fridge for two weeks, when I replaced it for a L g. The Samsung made a clunking noise once an hour. Not happy

This fridge has not lived up to the value we expect. There is a loud POP noise that occurs randomly that must be from metal expansion internally. This problem has dissipated over time, but occasionally happens now. The big problem is the ice maker. It has never functioned well enough. The position of the bin allows ice to build up in the rear causing the maker to stop. I called GEEK Squad for service and they don't have service people in my area! So no more Refrigerators from Best Buy for me!

Display came up with CF E after an hour of being plugged in. Nothing to do but replace it. Since this was an open box, and they said they would stand behind it as if new, they would not replace it without us giving them more money. The fridge was bad right out of the box. We told them to come and get it we would go elsewhere to get a fridge.

I love the refrigerator but we can’t get the ice maker to work because they refused to help with installation. They don’t even have someone who knows how to install it over the phone. I guess we will have to return it and buy a refrigerator from a company who can provide some help.

Great product. I believe this was a great product, but there is a piece in the door is making it have a little sound.

Do not buy this broke after 2 years.Ppor customer service .

The freezer is very small not enough space for me and my family makes a weird noise at times....Overall Geek Squad has the best customer service n delivery

I liked to buy appliances from Best buy. But due to my recent experience I have second thoughts to deal with Best Buy

Im on my 3rd fridge in less than a month, and they have been either defective or some other problem.

We enjoyed this refrigerator for the first year we had it, but then the freezer randomly stopped cooling. I'm on the phone with Geek Squad now...bought an extended warranty (never do that), but I'm thankful I did.

Glass scratched on deli door and shelves. Outside doors also dented

Best buy delived me damaged item which was circuit board damaged and geek Squad said they will fix it in 3 weeks. So I returned the refrigerator.

the ice maker was only producing once a day, nowhere near the full bucket in 24 hours . We contacted Samsung on 4 seperate occasions 3 of which they came out to service and the problem was not resolved.

it is to ealy to evaluate- good so far. Any maintenance service may be an issue.

Dont buy this fridge, the top fridge doesnt keep cool, it shows 70+degrees and its only been 2 years!!

I've had this fridge over a month now, and if a hurricane blew my kitchen away I'd definitely buy this model again. The interior of this unit is gorgeous with it's multiple LED lights and controls. Having the water filter placed between the bins will make it easy to replace. So much storage in the doors negates the need for the unit to be deep so there's no over-reaching and items can't get lost. I use one door shelf as a breakfast station with oj, butter, jelly and sausage (eggs sit nearby.) The pull out deli section became my lunch fixings & munchie station. I'm able to keep this fridge and the freezer organized with no effort and can see everything at a glance. I'm so appreciative it's offered in beautiful white... in my opinion, stainless is so overdone and white appliances feel more appropriate for an average kitchen. The slick exterior and handles aren't a magnate for smudges like the old textured surfaces. And the little chime that reminds me if a door has been left open too long has come in very handy since the doors don't close on their own with a half-push like a big heavy fridge door does. The freezer section is huge and having the most used items in it's top drawer with the ice bucket is a plus. I was afraid I'd miss the ice/water dispenser in the door but I honestly don't. It's not a big deal to open the freezer drawer for ice, and a two-cup plastic measuring cup with handle makes a nice scoop for cleanliness. I always worried about sanitary aspects of my old fridge's dispenser. With my back problems,having everything easily reachable is a more than fair trade for ice/water in the door. Unlike my older fridge, keeping this freezer fuller muffles the sound of the ice dropping (which isn't much of an issue in the first place.)

It was the worst buying experience ever!!! from theGeek Squad to the Store Manager The item was returned.Never again.

Poor quality! Freezer stopped working after one year of purchase.
