So far so good with our Samsung 25.5 Black SS refrigerator! Great looking refrigerator; spacious, lots of refrigerator space, freezer draw space and all. Albert was a great salesperson at the Kendall location; lots of great product knowledge, explains features, helped with fridge space analysis etc. Exactly what a customer needs when trying to decide on which size/style to meet your kitchen needs. Kudos to the delivery team too - quick, on-time and efficient

Got this for $1000 and compared to more expensive refrigerators it has most the other features outside of the ice/water dispenser. We avoided that feature anyway since they seem to go bad often. Overall had this appliance for over 2 years and has been working perfectly.

I have had this refrigerator replaced twice, the thing is so noisy with the popping all the time and loudly when your sleeping sounds like someone trying to get to the house. they put 2 repair kits in for the noise still does not stop. would not recommend this.

I am telling anyone that will listen to Run, Do Not Walk! There is a major engineering flaw with Samsung Refrigerators. What ends up happening is it will ice up within the coil area inside of the refrigerator causing an ice jam. It will get so bad that it will eventually cause your fan to stop working due to all of the ice that will build up. This is a known defect. All you need to do is look up complaints online regarding Samsung Refrigerators. You will have to defrost the refrigerator and freezer every few months. Samsung knows about the issue, but refuses to do anything about it. Again, Run Away From Samsung Appliances at all costs! They look nice, but you will soon find that you will have an expensive piece of junk.

After dealing with Samsung a few years ago refusing to honor a problem with a large screen TV, that was one week out of warranty, I should have known better. But stupidly I purchased this unit on July 8th and was delivered on the 18th. After 24 hours, it was clear that the ice maker was not working. A call to Samsung was not very assuring. A service call was scheduled for 9 days later. The next morning, the ice maker started working, so we cancelled the call Yesterday morning the freezer was at -21F, clearly outside of the spec’s in the manual. Another call to Samsung that was a total waste of time. Unplug, plug in, try this and that. Three hours later my wife notice that the fridge side was up to 45F, More calls to Samsung, more frustration. I had t ask for another person I could understand. Again, we went through the same repetitive questions as before. My wife had to take the phone away from me. She thought I was having a stroke. Having purchased the unit from Best Buy, I called the store and spoke with a manager and agreed that this was ridiculous and that they would replace the unit. They were totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. All I can say is don’t buy anything from Samsung. The quality is inferior and their support is totally useless.

Refrigerator looks great but is the loudest refrigerator I have ever heard. It will make loud popping and cracking noises all day and night. Samsung will say this is normal because they don't want to admit to a design flaw.

The very first time the compressor kicked on my heart sank. I had ignored the reviews that said it was loud... how loud could it be?… The first thing that came to mind when I heard it was a mini-bike. Yup, it sounds like a mini-bike. Like there is someone under the fridge on a mini-bike driving in circles. Not only does the noise have a low end (deep vibrating base) it has a top end too (irritating treble). And when the compressor is running and the fridge needs even more cooling it ramps up and the pitch changes as if the mini-bike will come shooting out from beneath! I almost started liking the fridge given that it came with a mini-bike, but the reality is that for the money it is unacceptable, so I am sending it back. Also, there is not enough light in the refrigerator and for some unknown reason the buttons have to beep when you push them which scares my dog. Also, also - there is no trim or molding on the bottom beneath the freezer door so it looks unfinished or like it is missing a piece. When you enter the room, you can see the rollers and feet beneath the fridge and if the compressor is running you can even look for the mini-bike.

Good Product at a fair price when its on sale.Great storage.Only problems ive saw is it dents easy on the sides so be careful when moving it and the ice maker is a smaller design but decent.

I do like this refrigerator as I've mentioned in all my reviews Samsung products on my favorite this is also a refrigerator that you can link to your phone for any additional options that you like the only reason I didn't rated 5 stars is because it's a little tight inside it's a little small but it does work very well I would recommend it

Was great the first three years but broken down again. I actually saw a tiktok that was like don't get this because it will probably break as their thermosats just break... got a repair to only tell me it costs just as much to fix as it would getting a new one. Not worth saving an extra $200 bucks. I've been learning Samsung makes great phones but terrible appliances...

I bought my first Samsung refrigerator in 2016. It broke over and over. bestbuy sent out repairmen and a few months later the same part was broken. I finally got them to acknowledge it was a lemon and replace it. They no longer offered me the guarantee and what a surprise after a few months the freezer handle broke, then a door bin, and then another. At least it still keeps things cold, but for a fridge that cost so much, I would expect more.

I have had this refrigerator for almost five years. Since day 1 when it arrived (with broken pieces falling out of it), our family has nothing but trouble with it. It clogs up the air vent holes solid with ice. We had the repair tech out who replaced the inside. He told us when it starts making noise to unplug it for a couple of days to let it thaw. Here we go again. I am disabled and I do not appreciate having to waste my time trying to wipe out a flood from my fridge. Not to mention the food loss because it was getting warm. It has ice solid again in the vent holes. This is not o.k. Luckily my husband's mini fridge that is like 40 years old is helping to get us through. It is an Indesit (made in Italy). Not Samsung. Nothing is made like it use to be. (Except the Indesit mini fridge!).

Samsung stood behind this product and refunded my money after 1 year. The freezer quit working loosing all my food on 2 different occasions. The service company determined it could not be repaired. It leaked coolant. I purchased a stand alone freezer for my kitchen and now I'm shopping for another refrigerator. The price on this unit is up by $500 & its currently out of stock. Big inconvenience to go through this but I'm satisfied that they gave me a full refund.

I loved my fridge for the first two years. Now, at the ripe old age of 2.25 years, there is an issue with water pooling in the vegetable bins. A little googling and a discussion with a repairman tells me that it is a design flaw that allows the fridge to ice up and then leak water into the interior when the evaporation drain is iced over and therefore cannot drain properly. I am told it will be about $400 to install a heater to correct the ice over problem but the repair man tells me it may happen again. This is an independent repair man so he was able to be honest and stated that he has worked on it many times and seems to be a design flaw in the brand. Naturally Samsung is doing nothing to fix their flaw. I am not sure whether to invest the $400 in the repair or a new fridge. Overall, it's a piece of junk and I'm very sorry I bought it. There are many posts on the internet and YouTube about this so I'd steer clear of a Samsung fridge.

I purchased this refrigerator few months ago. After about one month it started to make some some loud banging noises, so loud to wake us up at night. It was past the return window so Samsung offered two attempts to repair it which failed. The Samsung technicians, very nice and professional - 5 stars to them, basically told me that some noises are considered "normal", showing me a brochure with a page long of noises again considered by Samsung to be "normal". I owned many refrigerators in my lifetime and all of them were perfectly quiet. That's how a refrigerator should "normally" operate unless broken. They would not take it back. Good waste of my money

Do not buy this product. I purchased this product because I saw the good reviews on the website. If you want a refrigerator that will break down after one year of use (just out of warranty), this is the one for you. I had this product for 16 months now and it stopped working (both fridge and freezer) all of sudden. I called Samsung customer service several times, but don't waste your time. They are horrible to deal with. DO NOT buy this product. I cannot believe BestBuy is still selling this product. I will never buy Samsung appliance again.

Purchased this one to replace my old kitchen refrigerator. It is quite; easy to open. My hand does not have a lot power due to a hand disorder. I can hardly open the freezer of my old one. For this, I have no problem opening. Love it. I highly recommend it.

I wish I had the same glowing reviews as everyone else. In fact, those reviews are the reason I bought this unit in the first place. Sadly, my experience has been nothing but bad. I haven't even had the unit for a year and we have had service 8 times. The freezer door sticks beyond what can be considered even slightly normal, and as a result the handle keeps breaking off. Once the freezer has been opened you have to wait for 5 minutes before it can be opened again. The flap on the inside of the top door has also had to be replaced. I am in the process of a warranty claim and will be getting my money back. If it weren't for the issues it would be a great buy, but not worth the headache it's caused.

Had to replace an older samsung and this one has worked put so far.

Works great. Keeps the frozen food frozen and the veggies crisp.
