I love this fridge. I got it to replace a similar model. I love the french doors with the freezer on the bottom - super convenient. Freezer door slides really well. The light inside has a blue tint which took a little getting used to, but now I really like it - very sleek and modern looking. The fridge is super spacious. Doors fit a ton of small things or even big things like gallons of milk. Shelves (which are glass and sturdy) have cool features that allow them to be adjustable in terms of height and some can also be half shelves so super tall items can "pass by".

This works just as I expected, very quiet and makes ice very fast. It has plenty of storage and I use the water dispenser several times a day. Looks great in my kitchen.

The shelves are deep, as well as the door shelves. We chose the model with the water dispenser inside fridge, which allowed for more storage in the door. There is a downfall, however, to having to open the door each time to get water. This fridge does make some noises, like ice dropping into bucket even when ice maker is turned off and after shutting the fridge door it makes a some noises as the seal becomes tight. It is pretty and roomy. The complaints are mild annoyances, nothing major.

We purchased this during a Memorial Day sale and got a great price. We like the overall functionality and organization. The water inside is real nice as it doesn't take up any door space like normal door dispensers. Only two complaints....the exterior finish definitely shows fingerprints and smudges really easily. We have to clean it constantly. The freezer has iced up lightly a couple of times, but it has gone away. Concerns about seals, but so far no lasting issues. We'd buy this again.

Still adjusting to this fridge. So far so good. I never wanted stainless, but this is great. I was afraid it would be hard to keep clean, but warm water on a cloth and a paper towel shines it right up. The room is great. My christmas cooking went very well. Had lots of room for casseroles and desserts along with the every day stuff. I love the freezer on the bottom. The fridge contents are easily accessible and the freezer in the bottom is nice and roomy. Easy to find what you need in there thanks to the light. The pantry drawer is a plus for deli meats and cheeses. It runs really really quietly. I like that. It is taking time to get used to the low noise also. Sometime I check it just to make sure it's on. We haven't hooked up the water/ice feature yet as my husband hasn't gotten around to it yet. As always the delivery guys were great. Very professional and knowledgeable about the appliances. I did a lot of research between Samsung and LG...pretty much the only difference was the price...so I went with the Samsung. Got a great after Thanksgiving deal for the set I bought. Free haul off of the old appliances. Another score.

Desperately needed a new refrigerator, and started looking at this one because it fit the space I had. I was a little concerned about getting a Samsung because of the problems they've had with exploding phones and washing machines! But so far it's been fantastic. It's very roomy, the shelving can be moved around to accommodate different options, the interior water dispenser is a little awkward in it's placement, but I got used to it quickly. The freezer is also good sized. Really pleased with it. Also had Best Buy install the water line, and the plumber they contract with did a great job. Really pleased with the whole thing!

I am very pleased with this purchase. The staff at Best Buy was great and delivery was terrific. This refrigerator is awesome. I read some reviews and complaints about it being loud- but we have had no issue. I love the freezer and the interior water feature. There is so much more room than my old side-by-side. I did purchase the Best Buy Warranty in case any of the nightmares I read about regarding this item, just in case. But I love it and am so happy with it!

Really nice refrigerator. Interior water dispenser, which I like because it somehow seems "cleaner" than if the dispenser is on the outside. It is louder than my old refrigerator, but my old one didn't have ice or water, so that makes sense. It is very roomy, lots of storage space in both the refrigerator and in the freezer. My only complaint would be that the 'door open' alarm goes off too soon (in my opinion). I have a (bad) habit of leaving the doors open while gathering ingredients and deciding what to make, so I'm pretty sure the alarm isn't going off too soon, that it's just me. It's a really nice refrigerator.

I liked this model so well, I bought it twice! I bought the first one a year ago in my old house. I recently moved and needed a new refrigerator, so I bought the exact same model. Spacious model with water inside. Since the filtered water is inside the refrigerator this gives you more room for storage in the doors. The only drawback is the ice maker can overflow if you don't watch it and the extra ice falls down behind the tray.

This fridge is beautiful and big. Finally we have enough space. One shopping trip doesn't take up the whole fridge. You can open and close either door. You don't need to close one before the other. There's a warning beep that goes off if you leave the fridge open too long. The fridge and freezer have power functions to make items cooler faster. There's a spot for water and ice but we don't use these things. I like that these things are out of the way. The shelves are adjustable inside and on the doors. And one of the shelves can partially be pushed in to make space for bigger items.

It's only been a few weeks but so far so good! This refrigerator is bigger and more functional than our previous one. Some reviews have specified loud noises. While we've definitely noticed when the water is running through the icemaker, to this point we haven't heard anything out of the ordinary. This is a really nice looking refrigerator, but with a 3 1/2 year old, finger prints have to be cleaned a lot. It is definitely not smudgeproof. Though it is not advertised to be so I still figured I would mention it. As I said we are very pleased with the purchase.

Our old fridge broke after only a few years of operation and we weren't eager to buy another expensive fridge to replace it. This one fit our needs and is a brand we trust, plus it didn't break the bank. We like the water from the inside of the fridge as well, nicely placed so that it doesn't take up all our fridge space, but still provides a needed function. The only con I can think of is that the ice maker needs to be told to stop making ice and I'm not always on the ball with that.

I love the convenience of the french doors. It may seem wasteful to have to open both of them for the full width pantry drawer but I love that drawer for cheeses and lunch meat. The inside water dispenser guarantees cold water for drinking. The bottom freezer offers more space that our last side by side did. The best feature is the lighting. No trouble seeing what is inside. The only drawback is the noise it makes. It often makes loud cracking noises that wake me up at night. These are not related to the ice maker, which amazingly is pretty quiet.

We purchased this fridge in white for my previous house and when we moved to a new house we bought it in stainless steel to match the other appliances. we like the room, the movable shelves and door bins. it holds everything with room to spare. everything stays cold! we also like that the water dispenser is inside the fridge instead of through the door to maintain a clean look and keep our child from shooting water all over the floor.

Looked around for a frig that would fit my need with some amenities. My unit went down, so I didn't have much time. I did want a water, and ice cube option, but not in the door. Right size, large capacity freezer, water with filter, and very large ice dispensing system. Not too much room for tall containers though. Does make some noises while operating. Overall very satisfied with product. Great customer service at Best Buy store, and accommodating next day delivery.

We were looking for a white French Door Refrigerator that would not break the bank. It also had to have a roomy interior to hold enough food for our family of six. This well-designed refrigerator met these requirements. We were able to pick it up on sale for $1,399 and were excited to find that this model (RF261BEAEWW/AA ) included an interior water dispenser which frees up door shelf space. We can easily fill a glass or liquid measuring cup, but the dispenser area is too small for large pitchers. We love that the water filter does not hang down into the food storage area like many other models and instead is located between the vegetable drawers. There are LED lights in the ceiling of the fridge and in each vegetable drawer area providing light to all parts of the fridge. When our fridge is full, the lights by the drawers make it easier to see items on lower shelves. Finally, if you need room for taller items, one interior shelf has a "cut-out" portion that slides back that we use for a few wine bottles, juice pitchers or two extra jugs of milk. The freezer also has several features we enjoy. The handle on the freezer lifts up slightly to help break the air lock. This allows taller people to open the freezer without having to stoop too much since the handle pulls up towards them and not just straight out from the front. The ice cube maker produces ice cubes at an acceptable rate but the cubes are smaller than we are used to from our old fridge. Finally there is a separate drawer the same width and depth as the overall freezer drawer that can be slid back revealing items beneath it. Very handy for keeping smaller items such as cans of fruit juice from getting buried. We did have to call Geek Squad for repairs the day after the fridge was delivered due to the fact that the compressor and other metal tubing in the area behind the freezer was vibrating against a metal sheet making quite a loud rattling sound. This was fixed by a contracted repair person who simply moved some copper tubing slightly and reattached some foam padding that had slipped down a bit which had allowed the compressor to vibrate against some metal. About a month later the sound returned so we had them come out and repair it again. Since then we only hear regular fridge noises. We are excited to own this fridge as it meets the storage needs for a family of six, is well designed offering ample storage space, uses LED lighting technology, costs roughly $5 per month in electricity and offers similar features of higher-priced refrigerators.

My wife and I needed to replace an old Maytag French Door fridge/freezer combo (compressor went out, and age of unit didn't justify paying for the repair, so we bought this new Samsung). This one is "almost" the same as the one we had (which we really liked), except for three things: 1) Although Samsung unit has adjustable half-shelves, it has less configurability because the space between adjustments up and down is slightly larger. Top shelf at its highest setting still sits LOWER than the Maytag top shelf, so we're wasting some upper space on the upper shelf, and that puts less space for taller items on the lower shelves. 2) Maytag unit had internal CHILLED WATER dispenser. Although we "thought" this one did, too -- it DOES have an internal water dispenser -- the water is NOT CHILLED. It's not room temperature -- but it's NOT chilled either, which we thought we were getting (and paid extra for). 3) The ice maker is configured so that the ice tray sits below the ice maker and there's a slight "valley" in part of the tray, and the upper freezer sliding shelf. We're not sure HOW the ice maker knows when to stop (the old Maytag had an arm that raised as ice was deposited, and once the tray was full it turned off). This Samsung must have a sensor. In any case, due to the "valley" in the tray and the rear of the upper shelf, once the ice tray is full and the freezer door is open, at least ONE ice cube (sometimes a couple more), invariably FALL from the back down behind the freezer drawers and to the bottom of the freezer compartment. Other than those complaints, we DO like it. The door shelves are deeper than our old Maytag, so they hold more of those quick items we usually go after. One shelf splits into two and tucks under itself, opening up the front half for tall items. I'm guessing most new units are now using LED lighting instead of incandescent, and we like that. So overall we're pretty pleased with it. Just wish it had CHILLED WATER. Harrumph...

I needed a fridge that had a height of 69" max to fit. I wasn't sure which one to get, also wanted an affordable price. After much research, the cancellation of a previous order with Best Buy and a cancelled order somewhere else, I found the perfect one!!!! I ran to a Best Buy store as I wasn't 100% sure about the height of the fridge. A Best Buy team member helped me to measure it and he clarified all of my questions about the height of the fridge. I was able to place the order at that moment. I really love my fridge, it is very spacious, looks elegant, lighting is great, shelving arrangement is very helpful, and I am really happy to be able to keep posting my daughter's pictures and drawings as it is magnetic. It was a great, great purchase and I am so very happy with it. It will make a little noise from time to time but nothing out of the normal.

We wanted the 3-door fridge, freezer on the bottom, with no water dispenser on the door since these seem to break so easily. We got it as an open box, which made it a great deal. We did not have any rattle/knock sound problems that others report. It's not completely silent, but it's not a bother either, and they do know how to fix it if it DOES make noise. A great fridge at a ridiculous price. Score!

I love that this refrigerator has the water dispenser inside the cooling compartment. There is more space in the door since the dispenser is located in the wall. The ice maker takes up a little more room in the freezer, but overall the freezer has plenty of space. The outside finish is very classy looking. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator for those looking for a French door style!
