Being at home more made my family realize we finally needed to upgrade our 20 year old fridge. I've had my eye on this Samsung for awhile and we finally took the plunge - overall it's been a good choice! PROS: - The fridge looks really great! I love the color and the sleep design of the entire thing. And the front and sides are all magnetic in case that is something you want. - We have the Stainless Steel model and I don't find us wanting to clean it a lot because it tracks too many finger prints so I have been happy with that too. - The inside is so spacious and well organized! We chose not having the water/ice machine on the front to have more room on the side and we are happy we did because there is so much space. - Speaking of that, I love the water and ice machine! Ice machine works pretty quickly and the water is nice to have. Just make sure you have a good new water line to the fridge to ensure the water pressure for the water dispenser doesn't come out slowly. - The Freezer is nice and spacious too, very happy with the organized space! NOISES: - My biggest concern with this fridge was all the reviews I saw talking about how noisy this fridge was. Some people said it was bad others said it wasn't a big deal. However, I made sure to set the fridge at the appropriate temperatures to ensure no noises are made because some people said frost build up in the fridge can cause these noises. But if you have it at the recommended temp then no frost! - At first when I got this fridge I was a little worried with how loud it can be? I mean it sounded like it was working hard all the time. Well it turned out that the little flap between the two french doors was not closing when I closed the doors, which creates a seal. Since it wasn't sealing, then the Fridge had to work harder! Geek Squad came back out free of charge and put in a couple plastic washers that just snap on to the bottom of the two french doors which lifted them both up and fixed the seal issue! It was probably something I could have done on my own for $2 but I didn't find that solution online so I'm glad Best Buy could help. - Another note, Samsung says that a fridge motor takes a couple weeks to get acclimated to the new home it is in. So I will say since fixing the flap issue and having the fridge in the home for a month now, I hardly ever notice the thing running! No complaints with the sounds whatsoever. - Yes the fridge still will make noise when it really runs, or the ice machine is dropping ice, or when you close the doors (it performs this cooling feature on the doors to keep moisture out if you have Energy Saver turned off). But overall, I am not concerned and have been pleasantly happy after it settled in for a couple weeks. CONS: - Besides the initial hiccups, I really have no complaints about the fridge besides just a few things that would be nitpicking like having the freezer drawer come out a little further. Nothing serious! BOTTOM LINE: - My family needed a new fridge that could accommodate more food and higher usage with us being at home more. So far I have been very happy! I was a little worried at first but after an easy fix and the fridge getting acclimated to the house, we have had nothing but great things to say about this Samsung Fridge. I think it has a great value for what you all get out of it and would be happy with your purchase.

This fridge has a 10/2017 manufacturer date. So far so good. According to earlier reviews, some were noisy which was a concern but the price outweighed that aspect. I do hear the pumps, fans and water trickeling from to time but the noise isn't to the point where some can't sleep as some previous reviews mentioned either here or other sites. Great storage. I appreciate the rolling shelf on the right side which allows milk to be stored and is at the right height for my kids to grab it. (The picture does not show that but we moved the milk down to where the wine bottles are.) The deli cooler works well and humidity control is better than other fridges I had in the past - where there was either too much humidity or not enough. I think this has to with the twin cooling. That said, as stated, I'd rather hear the fans working and defroster be efficient instead of having a broken fridge. I also appreciate the water nozzle. It does not leak and like my other Samsung fridge, the water tastes great. The only drawback is the size of cup or container in which you can fit under the nozzle. The small space can make it difficult to manipulate pressing the button either by your fingers or by the container itself. I.e. a Keurig water reservoir. But for a mug or glass, it works just fine. The freezer space is perfect and I haven't had an issue with the rollers. It closes itself too with light to moderate force. All in all for the price and those looking for a simple French door with an ice maker and water dispenser, this is the one.

We chose this refrigerator as it still has water dispenser and ice making functions (inside) and requires less depth than most 36" wide refrigs we looked at. For a small kitchen, this was an impt consideration- we did not want to overwhelm the space, but we wanted a full 36" wide refrig for maximum storage. We love it. Especially the separate cooling source for the refrig (not just cold air from the freezer) and digital temp readout. We also paid as much attention to where we bought our appliances as what we bought, since with digital components we planned to purchase a 5 yr warranty plan. We had Best Buy Geek Squad installation and also have the Geek Squad 5 yr warranty. THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY. It was a far superior installation than our laundry appliances from another big box store, that slapped them in and left without leveling or explaining. This was wonderful. They were extremely careful and through, opening, unloading, cleaning up every scrap of wrapping, verifying the ice, water, explaining how everything worked. And when we researched warranty work and service plans, Best Buy stood out - I see why. The refrig is working well - has brought our kitchen into the modern era and has flexibility with shelves and storage bins ....it is huge!

My family absolutely loved this fridge, from my 4 year old to my mother. It does make a slight noise when making noise but it is barely noticeable. Have recommended this fridge to others already

Love our new Samsung refrigerator! When I first saw it I was disappointed that it didn't have a water or ice dispenser, but was thrilled to find out it is nicely tucked away inside. She is a beauty! It would go with any style you are searching for. The color goes with either light or dark colors and is super easy to clean. Only bad thing is that I can't buy enough food to fill it up! There is SO much storage! Love it!

I like the design overall. Simple water dispenser and ice maker. Love the led lights inside with the amount of space inside too. The stainless steel finish is beautiful and easy to clean. Overall will refer someone to purchase it.

Sales staff was great. Price was awesome. Got it off the floor at 1000.00 less cause it was the floor model but when it was delivered I got one new in the crate. Best buy realized the mistake and said no worry. Delivery drivers couldn't have been better.

My spouse and I compared several models and brands (GE, LG, Whirlpool) and found the Samsung to be the overall best value for its class. It has space, is well illuminated and is very easy to arrange for maximum utilization.

Coming from an 18 cu ft fridge and having 6 people in the house was crazy. We had to go grocery shopping every other day. Food would go bad because it got buried in the back or the bottom. Had to bend over all the time to get food from the bottom shelf, and if you opened the fridge door and closed it, then the freezer door would open. What a difference this new refrigerator makes. Having the fridge on the top, makes looking for food so easy. Everything has its spot, with almost no doubling up items on top of each other. Having 4 kids, the freezer on the bottom rocks, they can get their own ice cream. My freezer is well organized due to the space, and dividers. Meats in one area, frozen veggies in another, ice and ice cream on top. None of the doors stay open and if we have it open to log, cuz that's what teenagers do, it chimes to us to close the door. Other reviews have said something about the noise this fridge makes, and it is true. It does make some louder noise, but not all the time. You can certainly tell when the compressors are working to make it cooler. Do you have to shout over it??? No. But if you are listening for it, you will hear it for sure. It sounds like a muffled humming. One other issue to be aware of is its surface. Is it fingerprint resistant? Yes! But I think the trade off was the ability to be scratched. I think I might have mentioned that I have kids, and as in most houses with kids, we hang their various pictures and school work up there. Just because, we scratched the one door very badly with a simple magnet that slide down 5 inches while holding some paper. I will go back to the freezer, love how the cubbies are solid plastic and not wired. So if something gets spilled, it will be contained in the 1 section. For me that was import. Overall, love the led lighting, this feature makes the inside look so clean and polished. I have never been excited about an appliance, but I love what this fridge brings to a larger family!!!

The Samsung black stainless steel fridge has ample room above as well as in the freezer area. Well lit compartments and large storage areas hold gallon jugs of milk and juice with ease. The water dispenser is mounted inside by the left door and is actuated by pressing a button. The water line has a filter mounted between the two crisper doors. Breeze to change out. One of the nice features is the chime noise that lets you know if a door has been left ajar. Digital controls allows you to adjust the fridge & freezer temperatures. The finish makes this unit smudge proof and hides fingerprints well. We’ve had this unit for over 2 months now and we are pleased with its looks and performance. Great price from Best Buy.

We bought this at the beginning of November and now almost a month and a half later we have not only not had any issues with this refrigerator, but we've really enjoyed it! Just when I think we bought too much and surely we won't have enough room, I'm wrong. I love the water spigot inside, the ice maker ROCKS, and I just LOVE the bottom freezer. For the price, I really don't think we could've asked for anything better.

The fridge looks great however mine arrived with a dent already on it it definitely makes all kinds of sounds on a regular basis I wish I had more gallon size shelves as there are only space for four gallon size items two in each side of the door as you can see in the photo none at the top of he fridge..

A little noisy at times but for the most part runs great.

We have only had this fridge for a bit over a month, but we love it. Capacity over our last fridge is impressive at best. I cannot comment on the water dispenser or ice maker, but am looking forward to using them when we have the plumbing access available.

Refrigerator provides excellent space and shelving for our needs. Inside lighting is wonderful and we love the freezer with the separate drawer on the top for easy access. Great source of ice from the ice maker and filtered water delivery system! I love the inside filtered water dispenser to avoid the wet floor mishaps from the exterior door dispenser we had. The only negative side is that fingerprints really show on stainless steel.

I was tempted of going with one that was more than double. I wanted to get away from the indoor dispensers. I choose Samsung over whirlpool ( the rest of my kitchen has whirlpool) and couldn't be happier. Works great with plenty of room for everything. Super quiet as well.

This Samsung French Door refrigerator has everything we want with a great price. It runs very quietly. You can't really hear any sounds. It has a built-in water dispenser inside the refrigerator which doesn't sacrify any storage space. The ice maker is very efficient and also doesn't make much noise.

I got this fridge during the early Black Friday sale and it is amazing. There is so much room it's ridiculous thanks to how much the side doors can also hold. I was able to take everything from my old fridge and store it all on the side doors of my new fridge besides drinks. The humidity storage compartments work great and nothing in there ever goes bad. The freezer fits more than you'd expect. Def a great product.

Purchased this fridge for new home and I love it. Love the stainless steel finish and love the amount of space I have on the cooler side. My only complaint is that I wish there was a little more space on the freezer side but it's manageable. Definitely recommend

I love that it doesn’t have the ice maker and water dispenser on the door, giving it tons of space. I still have my ice maker in the freezer section and a water dispenser in the interior. All together I got a great spacious fridge at the a great price.
