The Samsung runs quietly and looks attractive in our open kitchen-dining room setting.

I LOVE this refrigerator; digital temperature controller, easy to clean, spaciaous, internal ice, and water, and it doesn't hurt that it is beautiful. Review is after 4 months of use. Response to complaints about this fridge: Noise: It's not noisy whatsoever. You can hear the water running to fill the ice, and the ice drop which are STILL not constant, or obnoxious. It's just a sound. Other than that, you can't hear it at all. Ice container break & overflow: You can turn the ice off! The bin holds up well to ice not overflowing. Dents: It ABSOLUTELY scratches, and dings VERY easily. That is the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars. For more than a thousand dollars there is no way 2-3 months there would be damage of any kind. It started with a small dent on the side, then another on the front, now it has deep scratches. Water isn't cold: You need a copper water line. Plastic ones don't cut it. The water indeed is cold from the spout with a copper line. The take away; it is a great purchase, but for the cosmetic damage it is a bit overpriced. I highly recommend buying on sale because you'll certainly have ill feelings about that.

I spent much time studying reviews. I hope this helps someone else make a choice. The best feature, for us, turned out to be the internal water dispenser. I did not like the external water spout- always leaked - and the ice maker would get warm air up inside and freeze the ice into one solid mass. I think the water comes out cold enough, I can get a pitcher of water if I need. In the French door Samsung, it is very easy to get a big scoop of ice from the freezer ice container. The delivery was exceptional- with a great set-up and explanation of features. I have not noticed unusual noises (in some reviews). I like: * the french doors, *large inside space, * deep door shelves for milk and condiments *deli meat and cheese drawer. We use the top more than the freezer so we have more than enough space for two people and the wide top is good for big dishes when entertaining. We have only had a month, but I have no complaints with this Samsung.

It has been many years since I have owned a bottom freezer refrigerator and I was surprised by how much the freezer can hold. I like the lighting in the fridge and freezer and the warning alarm when a door has been left ajar. I did not want a refrigerator with an ice maker taking up space and although it is set up for filtered water I did need or want that feature either since I don't have a water source near the refrigerator. Nor I do not want to spend the extra money to connect a water source up.I am totally satisfied with my purchase. The delivery guys were professional and polite.

Purchased in 2019. Have to empty refrigerator , take shelves out, dissassemble back of it every 6 months to de-ice. Noisy. Doesnt keep temperature. Lost all dairy products twice.

Purchased from our local Best Buy Outlet. Minor dents that are barely noticeable. Fridge and Freezer are spacious, easy to configure, and come with easy to use customizable options. Water dispenser and ice maker perfectly minimalistic — and the water line in and filter replacement easy to do. Highly recommend.

Very spacious. Very bright lighting inside. The bottom freezer drawer is huge and fits more than you'd think. I like the alarm chime when it's left open too long.

I love the size and the look. The water spout inside is a great addition and good alternative to the through the door (more expensive) option.

Really like it. Has worked great and we are very pleased with how quiet it is. Space in fridge and freezer is nice. Water and ice maker work really well.

the refig. met our expectations. We were hoping for one that would look good in our country kitchen and handle the amount of food we buy.

I thought I would really not like the French door style fridge, but it actually makes the space inside much more accessible. Overall the look of the fridge is very nice and everything seems to be made well and durable. The inside water despenser is also very nice. I cannot stand the way the door despensers will sometimes leak water down the door. If you don’t clean that up ASAP it will usually hard water stain your fridge door. It does take a bit getting used to however, some of the bigger glasses or water bottles are hard to get to the area so you can press the button. It will also leak a bit when you install the fridge for the first time, or change a filter. Just remember to run about 2 gallons through it right off the bat, and you should have purged all the air from the lines. The freezer is adequate for 2 adults with no children. However if you had more than 2 children I would think this might get a bit cramped. The ice maker is also very nice where it is located. Just remember to turn it off when it gets close to full or it will continue to make ice and overflow. Of course, if you use ice everyday and lots of it, then this will not be a problem for you.

Excellent appliance and plenty of room for large items. Easy access to freezer drawers with light pull even my young child can get her snacks

Big & spacious fridge! Fits everything. The features are great! I love that it has a water dispenser, especially for the price. I just wish the dispenser was futher out from the shelves. Installation (from best buy) was quick & he knew how to get it done without disruption). No problems with ice or temp. Overall, excellent fridge.

I was looking for something that would impress me just a bit at a reasonable price. Let's face it a fridge has a job. My last fridge served well for 20 years in the kitchen and is still going strong in the garage. I really didn't care if it had a water dispenser, it really just needed to fit in the space, oh and I wanted a french door style. Well let me tell you I love this dang thing. Internal water dispenser so no ugly water calcium or dust collector tray on the outside of fridge. Not to mention there is no bulky unit internally that just eats up space. I have an ice maker! Didn't have that either for 20 years. Still try reminding myself I have ice. So strange. Fingerprints? Sorry to say if you like that kinda thing you won't see those on this fridge. Always looks clean and free of fingerprints. It steals the show anytime someone walks into the kitchen people literally run their hands along the sleek handles and pull both doors wide open to a bright LED lit fridge. Yes please. Then the freezer is immediately visited with the drawers playfully moved around in awe. As long as this fridge keeps meeting my expectations over the years I will surely enjoy its company. :-) Chill on!!!

Love this fridge! Not having the water/ice dispenser on the exterior gives this refrigerator a clean, modern look.

This refrigerator gives us all the space we need. The door storage allows for tall and otherwise large items. The bottom freezer and ice maker are very good.

we purchased this fridge a few months ago because our family out grew our last one and the versatility of this fridge and size of the doors and drawers was as win but what made us choose this fridge in the end after the 10 we looked at the fact that the water and ice are built in the fridge so you dont loose space in shelfs and the kids dont have all the buttons on the front of the doors its all inside and now we have more fridge than we can fill in one tripp.

Keeps food fresh so much longer!! Great refrigerator! I love the water inside the door instead of on the outside!
