I wanted a French door refrigerator that did not have an outside water and ice machine, because I don't use them. I would rather have more storage area for food. I looked at this refrigerator for over 6 months and did not see one that I liked better that this one. I made the right choice. I love it!

Design gives kitchen an updated look. Spacious and easy to clean. I have not installed the water filter function yet and will give an update later. The pantry drawer is my favorite new feature where you can put the deli items all to themselves. Makes things well organized and temperature regulated.

We love the refrigerator so far. It is louder than our last one but it's by no means too loud.

i like the amount of storage for both the refrigerator and freezer. Because I'm experiencing a cash crunch of medical bills, lets just say the price was a great point. Slowly my entire kitchen is becoming Whirlpool and so far the replaced pieces are working great. It is also easy to work with Best Buy for all my appliances needs.

Has twice the room of a side by side and has wonderful large door shelves which are great for milk and other large container products.

I've done a lot of shopping around and have yet to find a comparable refrigerator at this price. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

Very nice refrigerator. Very spacious by having the ice in the bottom. I would recommend this french door refrigerator. Only con I have is that it is pretty noisey. I can hear the strange noises at night from my bedroom on the other end of the house.

love my new samsung fridge ! five stars ! works excellent and i love the in the door inside water dispenser small and lovely! very satisfied with my purchase. i like the door chime for when you leave the fridge open for too long, especially when the kids are in there ! the ice maker is good and always have plenty of ice. the fridge .runs quiet you can hear the ice drop into the bin its not very loud tho but is noticeable.

This refrigerator is great for the price, it is a bit noisy when making ice but that is the only complaint I have. so far so good

Had been looking for something bigger and this just fit my needs. Plenty of storage space. I was concerned with the reviews regarding the noises from the ice maker but after having the refrigerator for a few weeks the noise is not at all close to what I was imagining.

This is a nice refrigerator is very nice. The deep freezer compartment is easy to stock and access to the food. the double door design and double cooling keeps our food fresh longer than our old side by side.The inside water dispenser is questionable, awkward access and slow to fill a glass. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Great fridge, love the features it has, it's just really noisy, when I 1st read the reviews I didn't see anywhere online about it being noisy, up until I finally bought it and went back to reviews then the reaviews from others wrote about how noisy it is, hmmm makes me wonder? Anyway I love the fridge, just wished it was quieter.

Good looking fridge! I like the adjustable shelves. Freezer is much more convenient and roomier than a side by side.

Best fridge for the $, lots of space & looks great in stainless steel.

We've had this for about 3 weeks now. We upgraded to a larger frig for a family of 4. I especially wanted a freezer-on-the-bottom model. After comparison shopping for weeks I decided on this frig. The shelving seems to be pretty durable, it is very spacious, and it seems that the vege drawers are keeping our vegetables longer. The lighting is another bonus. We also had to adjust to how well the freezer.....freezes; ice cream is definitely kept frozen and water becomes ice cubes really fast (opted to not connect the internal icemaker). There are times when I hear it "run" but nothing out of the ordinary. Delivery was as agreed and I called them the night before to ask that they remove doors prior to delivering just so it wasn't such a tight fit through the doorways. It doesn't seem like the delivery folks were aware of this but they did remove doors and did a pretty good job overall.

I had gone refrigerator shopping with the plan to purchase a KitchenAide refrigerator. I read too many negative comments about Samsung. As we were just about to "close the deal", the salesperson asked if we had considered Samsung. When I told her about the comments that I had read, she quickly told me that Samsung had addressed all of the concerns that were identified. She even said that the Samsung refrigerator was the Geek Squad's favorite because they never get calls on it. Because of all of this & since the refrigerator was about $500.00 cheaper, we opted to go with the Samsung. We've now had the refrigerator a couple of months & the only complaint we have is with the delivery people. I had to argue with them to get them to leave the refrigerator because the water shut off was under the sink & not at the back of the refrigerator where they said it should be. I consulted with a Master Plumber & he said the proper location is, in fact, under the sink.
