What an improvement from my old fridge. Ice maker and water dispenser work great. Nice to know the water is filtered inside the fridge. Haven’t priced out the replacement filter yet but suspect twice a year would be fine. Shelf space on the doors with the clear plastic so one can see what’s on the shelves is very user friendly. Now a fan of having the bottom drawer as a freezer. Chills and freezes great. I swear my food lasts a bit longer in this new fridg.

I absolutely enjoy this fridge so far. My previous fridge was 26 years old. I know people have complained of the noise it makes but it makes less noise than my last one. It looks really nice too. So far I haven't had any issues with it. I have only had it for a couple of weeks. I also like how it doesn't freeze my things in the fridge portion. The freezer is so easy to organize and use.

when looking at fridges I really wanted a fridge with water inside the fridge this one has it and I love it.

Thought my french door frig was the one til I found this one. Love it, it is so big and spacious and I love the pull out freezer drawer. Adjustable meat/cheese trays. I Like that one of the shelves slides in and out for tall things. Even though all shelves are adjustable. Great refrigerator.

We were sold on the internal water dispenser. The black stainless looks very nice in just about any kitchen.

This fridge is massive, and has plenty of room in the doors, and drawers that are just the perfect size for what we need. Freezer has plenty of room too, with 2 levels to work with and an ice maker. internal water dispenser is in a great location.

When our refrigerator died after seven years, we needed a new one. My wife was smitten with this Samsung model. It is ideal for entertainment and can hold a wide variety of foods, including wide trays of food in the pantry drawer. The water dispenser and ice maker are very convenient features, and the temperature controls are easy to manage. My only complaint is that it did not work on any electrical outlets with a ground fault interrupter (GFI). We had to have our outlet behind the refrigerator changed out for a new one because the refrigerator kept blowing our outlets. Before you buy one, I would suggest that you check to see if the outlet you intend to plug in into has a GFI or not. Other than that, a great refrigerator. Couldn't be happier with it.

Very elegant and spacious! It will be too big for a small sized kitchen however. Quiet and performs well.

this is a great product. lots of room for your items and great shelving. I like that the shelves can be moved around to allow for different size items. especially like the bottom freezer compartment. so convenient and roomy. my first stainless steel product and I love it. easy to clean and looks so good

Have had this refrigerator for about a month now and it's working great. Way more room that previous side by side. Makes great ice with built in maker and water dispenser inside is very nice. So far I have no issues with this. Very good product

We've had this refridgerator for three years. There were a number of issues that came up, but the biggest problem is that the door handle for the freezer broke off because it is held together with cheap plastic. The door handle is not fixed to the freezer panel. Instead, there is a cheap plastic mechanism that wriggles and gives, like a shock absorber. The cheap plastic broke off and now it's an ugly eyesore and it's hard to open the bottom freezer.

This fridge was a great buy for the price. Didn't have all the bells and whistles but that's why it was affordable.

Love my new refrigerator! Tons of room on the shelves that can be moved around and one can even be slid back to make room for taller items. The slide out bottom tray is great for cheeses and meats. It's thin enough to see what you have in there and not have to dig. The freezer on the bottom with the sliding shelf works out great to also be able to see what you have and not have to dig deep and lose things. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 stars was because the water pressure is so strong that if you have ice in a cup it shoots everywhere in the fridge. The only other thing that I don't care for is that when the ice tray gets full and you open the freezer, ice cubes fall behind the drawers and you cannot get them out. Also it is advertised as stainless steel, but you can put a magnet on it so it can't be stainless. Only the door handles are stainless steel.

It is very spacious and I absolutely love the freezer and the fact that the water dispenser is hidden

This fridge is terrific. I had a GE Profile previously and this feels so much bigger. The fridge is extremely roomy and the freezer isn't that bad if you have a good method for storage. I prefer this over the one with an exterior water/ice dispenser, as it gives you more storage room on the leftside panel.
