I was in the market for a new fridge since my old one decide to freeze when ever it wanted to. I looked for about a month for one that had everything I wanted and wouldn't hurt my wallet as much since I was purchasing it during the holiday season. It's amazing, everything is nice and cool the bottom freezer is such a nice touch French doors a beautiful. Ample room for all my groceries

I am very happy with the service we received for our first purchase of our new home. Delivery was on time, they were careful and made sure it was all good to go. The fridge its self is perfect for our family and able to organize the way I need. Especially the freezer. It's easy to grab what I need with out have to take things out to get to it. Very very good buy!

I loved the fridge when we got it but noticed one day all these scratches on the front of the bottom drawer. I never noticed it before because you can only see it when the sun shines directly on it, which only for a few minutes in the morning. It's not just a little scratch but multiple ones within about a four inch square area. I tried to call and talk with someone but could never talk to anyone. They were supposed to call me back in 45 minutes and it was about 7 hours later and I was asleep by then. After trying a couple more times I just gave up. I should have gotten a huge discount for that. You can see them in the pictures I posted. I think they gave me a floor model. Other than that, I love the fridge itself. Everything I wanted!

needed a second fridge during this whole covid pandemic and the top to bottom freezers were all on 6 month national backorder. the big orange and big blue home stores both wasted our time and best buy delivered this within less than 1 business day. love the finish, fridge works as advertised. would buy again.

Love my fridge. I’ve had it for 1.5 year and it works great. I haven’t used the water and ice maker yet. The only thing I don’t like is the cleaning, you have to take apart where you set your milk, juice etc. (Not the doors) overall I’m still happy with my purchase.

I.am glad to buy samsung refrigerator Yes for freezer part handle did not come with it and looks really ugly and they gsve me a part and went home tomput it together but wrong size. I an in Seoul Korea and will go back to USA Dallas on 21of Decdmber. Can you do something about it?

I have waited for years to buy a new refrigerator. Best Buy having such great deals on appliances, I could not resist and bought the Samsung French door refrigerator. It has a clean, sleek style, but most of all has double the space for refrigeration and a lot of freezer space. I would highly recommended!

Great appliance but the only negative is the loud popping sounds that according to the instruction book from the manufacturer are normal. I love the layout of this refrig/freezer.

Looks good works great. Not having any problems as of yet. The ice maker is a little on the louder side at night but it’s not something that bothers me.

This unit replaced a 3 year old LG unit that stopped working mid-summer while we were out of state. It has all of the features that we wanted. Looks great. Hope it lasts.

Replaced my old Kenmore side-by-side with this. Love the large door pockets and the slide back shelf. No space wasted with in-door dispenser. Spacious freezer drawers. Temperature display

The Samsung French Door Refrigerator is a stunning appliance. It has great function. We were pleasantly surprised to find a filtered water function on the inside of the refrigerator. Very nice purchase.

The ice being inside the fridge provides more fridge space and a larger ice container.. it's a win win. Also we end up with less smudges on the door because all you use is the handles.

Nice deep refrigerator, loving the double doors makes it easy to remove ony what you want without opening a larger door.
