very roomy with control temperature. excellent buy

My last fridge was ancient, so pretty much anything new was going to be a step in the right direction. So far so good. No loud noises coming from fridge like others have complained, so I guess I lucked out and didn't get a lemon. I wish it came with a molded tray for storing eggs. Other than that, nothing to really complain about so far.

We really appreciate the service we received from Jason the store associate. He really knows his products, and gave us information on a wide variety of fridges. When we settled on this one he pointed out all of it's neat features. The delivery people were just as nice as Jason, and set it up perfectly! Overall a great experience at BestBuy Folsom!

Runs quietly, everything is chilled cold, makes crisp ice, has a lot of room, loving that filter is inside the fridge, easy adjustable shelves, and loving the hidden water dispenser.

I love this fridge! The water dispenser is on the inside was weird for me at first but its grown on me and I love the blue clean hue of the internal light. Doors open with ease and there plenty of storage space!!

This fridge is great, plenty of space and good temperature controls. Hours after it was installed there was a vibration that took 3 days to figure out what it was. There is a cooling fan on the bottom rear of the fridge that would vibrate the wires powering the fan. Used 2 peaces of electrical tape to tape the wires to the fan and issue was solved. It appears to be an oversight upon manufacturing but it can be really annoying it if happens to anyone else. Otherwise the fridge has plenty of capacity, the water filter is in a nice spot that does not take up much space with great tasting water. Very pleased with the fridge after fixing the vibration!

This fridge was an open box item. We loaded it into the truck and noticed when we got home that the ground prong was broke, but the fridge still worked. We called the geek squad they ordered a new cable and had someone come install it within a couple days. Fridge works great!

We are exceptionally happy with this refrigerator! Tons of storage and we opted for the ice maker in the freezer for a sleeker look and we love the water dispenser feature! Geek Squad came out and installed it for us. When we purchased this product, we asked them to deliver it between a certain time, they ended up coming early and we were actually not home. We called the number on the tag they left on our door and they explained to us that their computer system was acting up and they didn't see our request and came over as soon as they were done with the install that they were currently working on. They guys were super nice and very professional and took them no time to install! I definitely recommend this product and Geek Squad!

This is a beautiful fridge and works out for me. Great product

So we went this route because of the black stainless steel to match our other appliances ad because of the bottom freezer. Having the water spout on this inside is a little annoying and you have to push the cup kind of hard to get the water out. We personally prefer the single door to these french doors but let the sales person persuade us this route. The freezer on the bottom is great I like it, holds quite a bit. The door will hold 2 gallons of milk. I know that may not seem like a big deal but to us that was a biggie. Overall it is a good fridge, it can be kind of noisy though at times (and not from the ice maker, the fridge itself).

This is the first refrigerator that I have bought brand new, and I love it. There is PLENTY of space without having to go with a bigger model. The lack of in the wall water and ice is no problem. There is filtered water just inside the left door and a decent size ice tray in the pull out of the freezer. It looks great and works very well.

Delivery went well. It is quiet enough so that we are not bothered by it in our open design living space. Replaced a very noisy, brand new, Frigidaire unit that the factory would not look at because their corporate customer service position is, "Our products are noisy, live with it." It came with the house. So we are stuck with it. That's OK because it is now in the garage where it belongs. And cools beer just fine. This Samsung has wonderful space in the freezer, and the doors open easily, unlike the Frigidaire junk. If you are considering saving money by buying a Frigidaire fridge, just skip it, and get the Samsung.

Great amount of room and controls are very easy to operate

I’m a loyal Samsung buyer, but I must admit I am shocked with the quality of this product for the price. No question the best refrigerator I have owned.. Very quiet with plenty of storage ..

Very nice fridge. It’s very cold and bright inside I wish there was more room for taller items maybe I will take one shelf out to accomplish this. I am not going to use the icemaker in the bottom freezer and I’m having a hard time storing things in that bin because of the hole in the back. It seems like the refrigerator is running all the time and it is louder than my old one. My radio is on the hutch right next to it and I’m getting nothing but static from it now when I did not with the other old refrigerator. Overall I like it and will get used to some of these things.

this refrigerator is great and i would recommend it without question ! Only note is that the button for quick freeze and ice making shows an icon on the unit when turned OFF - instructions were not clear about that !
