I absolutely love this refrigerator. It is so spacious and has many features that are helpful. I like the alarm when the door is open too long. The sliding shelf to enable storage of taller items on a regular shelf is a plus! The filtered water dispenser is great! The only negative thing I can say is that it seems that it takes a little longer to make ice cubes than my previous freezer. Other than that, which i can live with, this is a great appliance and I'm very happy with it.

I like the internal design of this refrigerator. Although my previous LG French door refrig had the same internal cubic feet, this one seems more spacious because of better use of the space. I also like the fact that I can easily turn off the ice maker when it is sufficiently full. My previous fridge did not allow that and had many problems with forming large blocks of ice. So far no problems with the fridge.

Very nice looking. It does make popping noises occasionally, but nothing that is too distracting. It's interior is very spacious. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This is the second one of these that we have purchased. The first time was when we owned our town home, we had to leave it behind when sold our old town home. When our new home was finished being built, we bought this fridge again because we liked it so much. It's spacious, well lit, and very quiet, and does a great job keep our food and produce fresh and crisp. Excellent product for the money!!

We love the look and features. The installer wouldn't hook up the water and said it needed a washer. We finally got it hooked up and it took longer than expected to fill the ice cube bin and it didn't fill up much. We hit the test/reset button. Hopefully we will get more than a dozen cubes.

Got this on sale last month, absolutely love it! So much space since the ice maker isn't in the door. I was able to shut the spare refrigerator in the garage off since everything fit in this one - extra gallon of milk, soda, beer and wine, extra eggs and loaves of bread for my family of 4 with teenagers that eat everything in sight. Have no trouble with ice maker, we consume about 3-4 glasses of ice a day and there is still loads of ice left to spare. I was surprised there's an alarm if you accidentally leave the door open. There are lights in the drawers so you can see everything. I'm very happy with this refrigerator!

So we bought this exact Refigeraror 1 year ago and it has worked perfectly. We love the look, features and layout of it. I really love the internal water dispenser. It keeps my kid from playing with it. Just recently though we had a lot of food start spoiling and so I checked the internal temp and found it was not cooling to the specified temp. Called support and they came.out and tried to fix it. Didn't work so they replaced it. No hassles. Also got reimbursed for all the spoiled food.

We love our new sleek black Samsung fridge! We love the french door design with deli drawer and pull out freezer. We saved a ton a space by opting to get the one without an in-door ice dispenser. It still has filtered water discreetly tucked away inside and the ice cube bin is in the bottom freezer.

Great refrigerator. Easy to setup. I like the fact that the water spout and icemaker do not take up any room in the door. Inside BOTH doors is actually useable space. The water spout is on the side inside the frig and the icemaker is tucked up in the bottom freezer. Overall, very happy with purchase. Found floor model for real cheap. Had a couple dings, but we'll end up adding more over the years, so not a big deal. The frig does seem larger than most. Had to remove the cabinets above it and some trim to get it to fit. Just make sure you measure twice.

This is an amazing fridge! So much room! The internal water dispenser takes some getting use too but you can’t go wrong with Samsung

We loved the features, especially at such a reasonable price. It turned out better than we had hoped. Finish (black stainless) goes perfect and no prints. Also very quiet.

I’ve had the refrigerator for about a month now, and I am happy with the product so fast. It is very spacious as I believe it’s good enough for a family of 5-6. The style and look of sleek and sharp. Minimal noise. I only hear and notice the noise when the fridge delivers ice. On the other hand, the delivery of the product was poor as I had to return it on the first delivery due to fridge being damaged. Pay very close attention when they are handling and delivering your fridge inside your home.

We really like this fridge and the black stainless looks great. The shelves are very adjustable. The built in water dispenser and ice maker are nice.

I love how much room and storage it has. It’s very easy to keep organized. The ice tray in the top freezer is big holds a lot of ice. Only thing if it gets too full it falls in the bottom freezer. Just make sure you use ice everyday to keep lower. Love the water dispenser inside. I always had the one on the outside of the door. Wanted to try something different and because you don’t have it on the door that’s what gives you so much more storage in the fridge. The freezers are nice size. This fridge is definitely worth it

I was looking for a large french door fridge for my garage. This one, since it has no ice maker in the door, provided the most space possible, yet I still have the icemaker inside the freezer! It works like a charm and the LED lighting is fantastic in the dark garage.

This is my first French door refrigerator and I have to say I am in love. It's so much bigger than my other refrigerator and I'm so happy with it how much it holds. I love the black stainless steel and having the freezer on the bottom. Would definitely buy this again.

Very happy with fridge. Water dispenser inside and ice maker bottom . Very spacious to fit groceries, drinks , Tupperware foods. Great buy for my family

It took 5 exchanges to get one that didn't have a huge dent on it (one half the door was dented, one half the side was dented, one the entire freezer door was dented, one the right fridge door was a different finish than the left and now this one is extremely loud. I would have bought the model up from this one if I realized it was so loud. I am not sure I would ever buya Samsung Appliance again. I have had nothing but trouble from the Fidge and dishwasher. The microwave is great for now. The verdict is still out on it.

Needed a new fridge that was better quality than last one but wont break the bank. This has all the room we need for our family.
