Nice Fridge, good price, it's well organized and not having the ice maker in the door saves considerable space inside. Overall it seems well built. We use the internal water dispenser sparingly - so not nearly as useful as an external dispenser and having to open the door seems a bit energy inefficient. Also, considerable pressure is required to activate - so our children have a difficult time using it to get water and thinner plastic cups may deform before the switch is activated. The freezer drawer seems like it could be a little bit beefier - though no issues with opening and closing so far. The noises and pops that were identified in other reviews as being a show stopper were not loud in our fridge, though there are some noises. Ice dropping into the bin (especially when its empty) is the loudest we've heard. There are motor noises and I did hear some modest popping - but no shutguns going off and these were fairly non-intrusive. This was a concern after reading other reviews - so has been a point of focus. The door alarm is a very nice feature and coming from a side by side - the doors do not close as easily (due to the cam action of the center flap). That said our kids have no problem opening/closing the doors - so its not a significant issue (if its even an issue at all). On the organization front - the large bin on the bottom of the fridge requires both doors to be opened to access - which is a bit cumbersome, but the size does afford storage of large items (like pizza boxes) - so there is a pro to the con.

My first one had a leak at the water filter. Called on Saturday and had a replacement on Tuesday. I like the design and the lighting. It does make some odd "clunking" noises every once in a while. My husband thought it was the ice maker, but I had that turned off. I did read some comments about it being noisy. Other than the random "clunk" it is very quiet.

We really like the design of this refrigerator. The three door unit is new to us but we adapted very quickly and really like it. The lighting is excellent in both the refrigerator and freezer. It is quiet when running although it snaps, crackles and pops as we later read about in the manual. Not too disruptive though. We are waiting for a call from Best Buy because the freezer door front forms condensate when humidity is high. They have been very slow in following up, which is a new experience fo me. Although the Geek Squad has never been a good service provider in my opinion, the in store service has always been stellar in the 25 years I have done business with them. I am not sure what the delay is on this issue. I will update this review when my issue is addressed.

I really loved the look of it. The only complain and one that I also read in multiple reviews I read after the fridge was delivered was the cracking noise that goes off during the day. I am not sure if its something that can be fix but for being a NEW fridge its seems defective.

This a really good fridge. We did not want one with ice and water on the door and this is one of only a few French door style refrigerators that doesn't have it. It does have a water dispenser on the inside which is perfect. Love the LED lighting inside. Lots of space. Wasn't fond of the plastic drawers in the freezer but so far so good.

This fridge is beautiful. It's also huge inside and the layout is convenient for storing things. It keeps food cold and holds its temperature well. Problem is that IT MAKES A TON OF NOISE!!! At normal operation, the fridge makes a loud clicking sound from time to time. It turns out that this is normal...says so in the manual. I didn't learn this until later, but when the compressor needs to work in "high capacity" the fridge makes a sound like something is hitting something else inside the refrigerator. It's loud enough to hear over the TV and it's loud enough to wake someone up from sleeping...really. Originally, I didn't think to look this up in the manual, since a noise that loud shouldn't becoming out of a relatively quiet and large household appliance. ...but I'm getting ahead of myself. So the fridge keeps making these loud noises, so I call the Geek Squad, since we bought a Service Contract with it. They were great at sending someone out, but all the technician did was move the fridge away from the wall, he said it was too close for proper ventilation. Then he showed me the manual that describes the exact thing I was hearing, and told me that there was nothing wrong with my fridge...that is was just working normally. Seems that with a family of 4, the fridge is working in "high capacity mode" all the time, So...my $1,800 fridge makes loud noises...and it's normal. Sheesh, I may very well return the thing.

We purchased this refrigerator 2 years ago. We've had leaking water issues(on our brand new wood floors), broken water button dispenser, letters on the front smeared and are coming off, broken door tray and bad design for cleaning. The leaking water is a design flaw where water freezes in a drainage hose, behind a panel, in the back, making the water unable to drain. The water that can't drain, due to the ice in the hose, collects under the bottom tray. If you don't catch it and siphon it out , it begins to leak under your refrigerator. The drawers can't be taken apart. If colored juice accidentally spills you can't take the drawer apart to clean it properly. You are stuck with colored seams. the smearing logo is just cheap design. I recommend spending more money and buying a refrigerator of higher quality.

So far, our refrigerator is working well. We really enjoy the convenience of having everything at eye level in the fridge. The color worked out nicely and it fit perfectly in the space available. It's very quiet. We utilized the shelf options for height right away - what a great idea! Overall, we're very pleased with our purchase.

We had been irked by our previous frig with shelves that were duct-taped and too little space that led to our occasional bonks on the head or foot by something falling out...we were SO ready for a better frig. We bought this on sale ( our first appliance buy at best buy, but we have always been pleased with other purchases, so decided to try them for this too, and they did not disappoint). I am able to arrange this frig perfectly, with the 2 upper doors for dairy/condiments, and the inner shelves for milk and juice and the great drawers for cheese/ fruit and veggies. Somehow I worried that the freezer drawer may not be enough space, but it has been fine. We got the stainless steel and it is stunning, stays streak free, runs quietly so YES...we are so happy every time we just open this frig or freezer. I highly recommend it to other families!

This is a great refrigerator, we love it but have had a couple issues along the way. We are on our second unit of this fridge and everything looks to be going well, but here are the issues we encountered: 1. The first fridge was delivered unaligned so the compressor started rubbing. We had to get a new unit within 3 weeks. Very annoying, but it was handled well. Had we double checked the level, and listened to the unit for a few minutes at time of delivery, we may have been able to avoid weeks of noisy rattling. 2. The replacement fridge came and is quiet, great, but the doors are unaligned. This is a two second fix for the delivery guys, but I had to find a video on YouTube and figure it out. So if you don't have the tools, you'll have to have geek squad fix it. Like I said, I love this refrigerator, I just would recommend double checking that everything is right with it while the delivery guys are there to avoid hassles in the future. This unit seems a bit finicky on delivery so just don't assume everything is good upon delivery.

Love this refrigerator, great price and style. The ice maker in the bottom takes up quite a bit of room but I appreciate the extra room in the refrigerator section. The color is great and doesn't show every fingerprint. Adjustable shelves are also a plus

I like the look and love that the water dispenser is inside. The ice maker is a little annoying in that a piece of ice always seems to fall out every time you open the freezer.

Samsung is a great company and this fridge is awesome. No more water and ice on the floor, because the water and ice dispenser is inside the fridge. If you have kids you know what I'm talking about ;-) It is large and nice looking. I'd recommend to friends.

A full-sized fridge that's full of features. Lots of space, plenty of room in the doors & bins. The water dispenser is inside the fridge itself, which at first I thought was odd, but I actually think this is pretty cool now. Definitely worth the purchase.

Needed a new fridge. Got an excellent deal on this dinged and dented model. Totally fit our needs on the cheap. A little bit on the loud side. Initially the water dispenser leaked a bit but once all air was purged from the system it stopped.

I love my Samsung 25.3 cu ft. French Door Refrigerator with Internal Water Dispenser! This refrigerator looks beautiful in our kitchen. It compliments the other stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of space for our weekly food supply. We love having the water dispenser inside of the refrigerator! Children can't spray water all over the kitchen floor. Convenient and no mess! The other wonderful feature is that one of the shelves folds out of the way and makes additional room for a taller container.

I bought the Samsung 2.5 cubic feet French door refrigerator with internal water dispenser. I love it. It has a lot of room for fresh veggies and fruits. The freezer has a lot of space for meat and ice cream. The price is just right too.

Found and bought this fridge as a duplicate open box item in the Best Buy store. The price was too good to turn down for a very large fridge. this is my 1st french door fridge and i love the stainless steel and interior of this product. Good job Samsung

We've have this refrigerator for almost 2 months now and have not had any problems. As with all the refrigerators I've had experience with, you will hear the fans and motors running and the ice dropping into the tray. Overall it is a fairly quiet fridge and I love having the water dispenser inside so I don't have to have another pitcher inside my fridge. The trays in the doors are adjustable and there is a half shelf cutout that slides back if you have an assortment of extra tall items.

This is one cool looking frig. I love the style and the water despenser on the inside. It is loud though. Makes weird clucks from the ice maker.
