We replaced a side-by-side fridge with a door-mounted ice and water dispenser. We chose this because it has no outside dispenser taking up space in the fridge area. The internal water dispenser is great, The flexibility of the shelving and storage areas is also very good. If there's anything at issue, it's that the ice in the ice bin sometimes falls out when we open the freezer drawer, falling into the bottom of the freezer area. Best Buy did the install and took out our old fridge. We couldn't have asked for a easier, more friendly installation team.

Initially bought this for the water dispenser being inside the fridge and the ice maker in the freezer. My previous one had the door dispenser for ice and water that caused ice/water issues. This fridge solved that problem. The bonus was the ample space and easy shelving configuration options. Because there is not door dispenser of water/ice, there is tremendous amount of door storage for various items. This however is NOT fingerprint proof, and its evident.

Internal water dispenser is convenient, leaks a little only at first. Doors require closing by self, and snap shut.....which I don't mind. Stays cold, it works... Quiet, too

Has everything I needed & wanted. It is a bit louder than I'd prefer, but I can live with that. It's beautiful & does its job perfectly!

I love this fridge, well worth the money. If your looking for a fridge with water and ice maker but don't want to spend too much buy this one. Has been working just fine since I bought it and hooked it up.

We read, easily, 100 reviews on this model before we decided to buy. Almost everything we read is absolutely true. I LOVE the pull out freezer drawer. I was a little worried that it would not be spacious enough for pizzas and other teenager-y things, but it is. I love being able to slide the glass shelves forward a bit so I can rearrange things for easier grabbing. There are lots of things to love about this great little refrigerator, however, if you are bothered by your refrigerator knocking and cluncking in the night and throughout the day, do NOT buy this one. We laughed at the reviews that complain that it is a noisy unit and now we laugh several times each day at the noises it makes. It is not the ice maker, it is not the water dispenser. The refrigerator itself makes noises, a LOT of them. To use it's comical and are happy to live with knocks and such. We still love our new refrigerator.

Tons of space and you don't have to use the water or the ice maker if you do want to but the design means they are there if you change your mind later. Where they are placed does not affect the overall space you have either!

Our Samsung French door refrigerator has worked perfect since it was delivered. It has much more room and is way more accessible than our old side by side.Our whole Best Buy experience was top notch from the sales process to delivery. The sale reps took the time to walk us through all the features and compare different models even in the midst of busy holiday shopping. Our refrigerator was delivered exactly when we were told it would and the delivery team was very polite and took extreme care to protect not only the refrigerator but the walls and floor in our house while moving the old one out and bringing in the new one. If you are interested this refrigerator, I would definitely recommend purchasing it from Best Buy.

We decided to go from a side by side to this style refrigerator. Overall we like the looks of this refrigerator but like the freezer storage better in a side by side. In reading the reviews people said about this refrigerator many made comments about the loudness of this refrigerator. I do hear this refrigerator running off and on throughout the day and when it drops ice in the bucket it is loud. The water dispenser inside the refrigerator does not dispense ice cold water. Its cold but not like our prior refrigerator. The refrigerator does show every finger print.

This refrigerator has nice design and wide space. As my family use more refrigerator space than freezer, this one is the perfect one for us. The noise level is pretty low as well. So far, I m very satisfied.

Samsung customer service won me over when my dishwasher faulted after the warranty expired and they offered to (and did) fix it for me anyway when I called for technical assistance. Since I have purchased a Samsung inductive range (awesome), and now this 25.5cf french door with twin cooling, ice maker in the freezer and chilled filtered water inside the door. For me this is a great appliance, well thought out design that also runs very quiet. I am very happy with this purchase as this appliance has exceeded my expectations. The delivery service was also excellent.

Like any good shopper, I did my research. Of course, research is no guarantee that you will get what you hoped for! In any case, I decided that this was the one. Love it! Excellent storage capacity, great visibility and very nice look. I like the Black Stainless and am so glad to have my freezer back on the bottom. (When we moved in, the refrigerator was a side by side.) I sincerely appreciate the INTERNAL water and the ice maker. I have always stayed away from water/ice dispensers simply because I didn't like the look! No where to be seen. Keeps the front of the 'frig looking good and the finish is "magnet resistant". Another reason I stayed away from ice makers in past is that they seem to be the first item that goes out. Too soon to tell, but I am hoping this Samsung holds up as well as my washer/dryer! As far as the "noise" that has been mentioned; quiet as a mouse. Honestly, this is the quietest refrigerator that I have ever owned!

This refrigerator does not disappoint. It's roomy, the shelves can be retracked back to more room and keeps food fresher much longer than our old refrigerator. The ice maker is great and the water dispensor on the inside of the refrigerator is much better than having it on the oustide. I am pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Replaced a similar GE model that had given us problems from the jump. Like this model bc we don't like the versions with water disposal on outside of fridge bc they take up so much interior storage space. This model has internal water dispenser on the left side which is fantastic. Tons of storage. Our only concern going in was all of the comments about noise the unit makes... We haven't heard a thing.

Never buying bottled water for the house again! Absolutely tasteless water the day it was installed and love the space saving inner door water station. All compartments in this fridge were clearly well thought out and designed. Our produce seems to be lasting maybe twice as long as before with our old fridge. The ice maker works great and like the water, its tastless! The freezer keeps surprising me with its capacity. Super easy controls, LED interior lights that don't heat up like conventional fridge lights and the black stainless really does seem to resist fingerprints. Great product and great price at almost $1000. Do it.

This refrigerator has the perfect amount of room for everything your life would need! Very spacious pull out drawer for larger items to lay flat, a shelf that folds in for tall things also! Plenty of storage inside both doors. The freezer is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. The ice maker is great! Only thing I wasn't super impressed with was the water dispenser inside the refrigerator. It's a little hard to fill large items but works great for just a glass. Overall it's a wonderful refrigerator for the money!

Beautiful fridge with tons of space. My only caveat is the water dispenser. I use very large glasses/cups and many of them are oddly shaped. With these, you have to angle the glass JUST RIGHT to make perfect contact and dispense the water. Icemaker works great, but will not auto-stop and dump ice into the lower freezer drawer. I love the adjustable shelves that enable you to put large water pitchers or win bottles on the shelf and not just in the door. Door bins have deep pockets. Got the fridge on special and it was the most cubic feet for the price.

Love all the space it has to offer!! Louder then I was expecting and finger prints and water marks are my worst enemy but that is expected with most stainless steel

We just got this refrigerator yesterday, but we love it!!! Looks great in our kitchen, and has lots of space. Would highly recommend!

At last we have enough space for pots of soup, tons of jars and a whole salmon. I'm so glad we moved from a side by side fridge/freezer - this french door fridge gives us tons of space. The icemaker is in the freezer so doesn't take up valuable fridge space, and the cold water is inside so we don't lose out on the feature. A fabulous purchase.
