We purchased this fridge for our kitchen. We are a family of five so we do put a lot in the fridge and freezer. You must be careful to not overload freezer area as the ice maker will not produce a lot of ice. Love the option of water container that automatically refills after each use. Have to change water filter more compared to our old whirlpool.

Great ice maker. There are 2 different sized cube bins. Easy access. We use pitcher inside door for filling water bottles.

I was very limited in choices due to the dimensions of my kitchen and I was very happy that I found the fridge. It has tons of space and everything is easy within reach. My family loves the built in water carafe with built in infuser. The only thing that I don't like is that if you use the SmartThings app it shows the temperature the fridge is set to, not the actual temperature.

This Samsung refrigerator was perfect for our smaller space. It features French door style opening on the top for the refrigerator and a slide out drawer with two levels for freezer storage. In the freezer it has a 2 sided removable bin w scoop for two different ice cube sizes which are perfect. Small square cubes and some really tiny sugar cube sizes. The two freezer drawers are able to store a lot more than you think! The refrigerator is also very spacious considering this is a smaller sized refrigerator and is meant for smaller spaces like a townhome or apartment. The water dispenser is on the inside of the door and it also has a water jug, initially I thought the water jug would be of no use, but I have found that it seems to be well worth having at different times and since it automatically refills once you return the water jug to the door it is super convenient! Very pleased with this refrigerator!

The deal of a lifetime right here, I bought a house and was limited on how wide I could go without having to tear things apart. I searched for about 6 months and was just going to settle with one from Lowe's that had less space and cost more money untill I came across this one at Best buy, I didn't even know Best Buy sold things like this. Called about it and they did the Best buy card over the phone, then went and picked it up in a hour it was that fast that simple. So far everything seems good with the fridge and the beverage center works great!!!

This refrigerator was better constructed than whirlpool and kitchen aid. There is no foam oozing from this product any where. The water dispenser does not drip unlike the two mentioned above. Stainless steel is easy to clean water and a rag the others you could not be finger prints and smudges off. There was exposed foam in the back of the kitchen aid and whirlpool that over that would be get stained from spills. I would recommend this Samsung.

First time getting a fancy fridge. Such a nice size and love the ice and pitcher. Also the size of the shelves on the doors.

Only had a month but so far OK. I like the inside beverage center and the ice maker in the refrigerator that makes two sizes of ice cubes. What I am having a problem with is the shelves. I do not like that they are not adjustable or that only 1 is adjustable. Not enough room in door for taller items and adjusting the only shelf that is adjustable makes the lower shelf only fit very flat items like no taller than a carton of eggs. So for that reason I rate AVERAGE. Because I am limited on space restrictions for refrigerator, I had very few to choose from. Good thing I have a refrigerator in my garage, other wise I'd be in trouble.

Everything about this fridge is great. The only problem is shelving is too short. Otherwise it is deep enough. It has a lot of ice. The freezer storage is good size and the fridge itself is not too wide so it fits really nice inside the counter height.

Perfect size for my home, very quiet. Keep food fresh.

This fridge fits my family’s needs well. The freezer has lots of space land ice production is good. We like the built in water carafe in the refrigerator door. The sleek design is appealing. The door bins hold lots of items. And the price was great.

We had to switch to a smaller size so it could fit in the kitchen. I was not happy with the idea at first thinking it will be way smaller than the first one we purchased. But I can say now that it has enough room to fit the biggest pans in and have room to store more item in just one shelf

We originally ordered the Bespoke version of this refrigerator from Home Depot and it didn’t quite fit the way we wanted it to. After going to Home Depot to see about another size they said Samsung didn’t offer anything similar in another size. So we decided to shop around. The sales associate at Best Buy (Tod) was so knowledgeable. He told us immediately that there definitely were similar refrigerators by Samsung in different sizes. There are a few mini differences between this one and our original pick but this absolutely does the job. The main things we wanted were the beverage center and the ice which were similar on this model. For one, it fits great. Not sure why Home Depot sold us another size after knowing the dimensions of our space. It started working almost immediately but we gave it a day to really cool down and dumped a few rounds of ice and water. You can control the temperature of the fridge and freezer in a Samsung app which is really nice. The small crunchy ice is so good! Also it is pretty finger print resistant. After delivery we removed finger prints and haven’t had to do it again. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks. The only thing I don’t love is it has the “all around cooling” logo thing printed inside the fridge?? I thought this was an odd choice. But once it’s full you can’t see it. Highly recommend mend this fridge and also Best Buy generally for appliances. We will never go back to Home Depot for appliances.

We love this thing. So sleek with the hidden handles, super fast cold filtered water from the pitcher (no more standing around waiting for the little spigot to fill your bottle or glass) .I do kind of wish the bottom drawer was clear, but it's a minor quibble. As much as I loved our previous fridge, this one is the new all-time favorite.

I like everything about this refrigerator. The space inside the doors and shelving is more than adequate. The freezer holds a tremendous amount of food and the ice dispenser is great. It dispenses both small and large ice in separate halves of container. The beverage center is also a great feature. The pitcher refills in seconds and separate by the glass also. The only thing missing is smudge free stainless on the doors.

The cut out we had for our fridge was limited with no way of expanding without taking out a wall! Three are a ton of cool features available on fridges these days but not a lot when it comes to something 34 inches wide or less! And without costing a ton. We’ve only had it a couple weeks but it’s bigger inside than our old one and loving the pitcher for water and double ice maker!

Excellent Product!! The only issue I have is that there is no space internally to vertically stand tall items (i.e., milk). One door shelve can accommodate milk, but it is not safe to keep milk in the area that opens often. Otherwise, the refrigerator is very well thought out.

Plenty of room, love the beverage center and two sizes of ice, magnetic face and sides great for pictures, etc, looks great
