Very good Refrigerator. Since the one that was left here at closing had broken shelves and nothing stayed on the shelf but dumped into the bottom of the fridge. I wish they were more detailed instructions on how to use the apps that are included with it.

This fridge is amazing. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of light at the water/ice dispenser. For the money this should absolutely have a light that comes on when you press your cup to the dispenser. Otherwise it’s an amazing fridge that so far has worked flawlessly.

I love my hub its my 3rd one though. Almost before the 3 years are up it goes out. It stop getting cool.

Our large family of 7 absolutely love this fridge. Our grandson love the family hub and and the ability to view inside the fridge without opening the door.

After two years with this refrigerator the ice maker began freezing up and the fridge stopped working all together. It took more than a month for Samsung to accept that it failed and agreed to give me a full refund. Plus they said they would compensate us for the food we lost during the Christmas season because the fridge stopped working on December 21, 2023. Still waiting for that payment as of January 27.

I just have to say, I love this refrigerator!!!!! This refrigerator has all kinds of room, drawers spaces to keep everything that you eat and drink. Very viewable spaces that are easy to clean!!! Also to be able to view the ring doorbell, listen to music, look up recipes, and so much more!!!! I really do love it!!!

It has so much space. I had a side by side and when I moved all my food to this fridge I still had a lot of space to add more food. The freezer holds a lot more than I thought. On the screen you can get recipes or music. You can set timers etc. I think it’s a great buy.

This fridge is great quality. Design is truly a plus and you can tell the engineering aspect aligns perfectly with its design. I really like the camera feature the fridge has.

Had the same fridge in my other home, we love it. Installers forgot to turn the water back on before leaving, so had to search for the shutoff valve to get it going. other than that they were careful and did a good job setting up new fridge and moving old one to the garage and setting it up

I really love this fridge! I love the space inside Borge freezer and fridge and that it’s fully connected. I can answer my Ring doorbell from it, play music, look up recipes, etc. We moved and I purchased same one for new house.

The fridge is very nice. Didn't think I'd use the screen as much as I do. Fridge and freezer are very spacious and setup well. The ice maker on the other hand, is trash! I wish it had a secondary ice tray in the freezer. It's very slow to make ice, and to come out of the chute.

I absolutely love my refrigerator. There are SOOOO many apps and things you can do and it’s all easy to learn and operate. I can organize all my food perfectly inside. Love looking at the cameras to see what I have in there. Over all it’s just an amazing refrigerator and I’m so happy with my purchase.

overall a good refrigerator. Freezer capacity was a bit lower compared to our older refrigerator (sears one). But may only see this difference if you have a lot to store in the freezer. Like the family hub feature with useful information displayed on it.

Cant beat Samsung when it comes to quality.fridge is amazing! I love the family hub and all the recipes,music,can post pictures and Bixby is very helpful.plus it has several cameras to see in fridge while at the grocery store.no need to call the house to ask if we need milk.Awesome!!!

Shorts out and needs repair with every power outage. At first I thought it was because it needed surge protector, but it doesnt help.

It was essential to have the freezer drawer on the bottom. I never cared for the water/ice dispenser outside, with teenegers nearly essential. The family hub is a little extra, and getting to be used by all, certainly not necessary, but when there was a sale at the moment.

I love my new refrigerator! It has plenty of space and it maintains the produce fresh and longer. The family hub helps my family maintain and schedule and you always know what items need to be replaced.

I love that I can be at the store and see what’s in my fridge with the app. Love that my ring cam connects to the tv screen and I can see who’s at my door. Freezer is roomy and lots of fridge storage. Win win.

I really enjoy this fridge. Being able to see what’s inside when I go grocery shopping helps a lot. Seeing photos displayed on the fridge and being able to connect what’s going on in the living room on the fridge is awesome too. This Samsung hub is truly amazing and worth the price.
