I needed a good ice maker! My other ice maker went out. I figured with the name being SAMSUNG it would have been a great choice! I also have a washer & dryer made by them. I figured for the price of almost 3k it would have at least lasted more than 5 months! The ice maker STOPPED working!!! I've heard since they are notorious for issues with their ice makers! They do not have a fix for this yet! Its a 50/50 chance now that the ice maker will be permanently fixed! I want my money back because this is utterly ridiculous to spend THIS MUCH money on something that only last 5 MONTHS!!!!!! COME ON SAMSUNG! You can do better than this! Also trying to get someone on the phone to help you with customer service is like pulling teeth! What invest in this, when there are other companies who have better products? So disappointed!!!!!!

I did have one issue with water dispenser wich im currently getting repaired. Hopefully that is it.

The water valve was stuck so a new hose couldn’t be installed. With that said, the delivery men said they couldn’t install it. They left the refrigerator and didn’t haul the old one away. Luckily my handy man came to fix the problem and took the old refrigerator. We then noticed 2 dents in the fridge but knew we couldn’t prove they were there when it was delivered.
