Very nice fridge manor upgrade from last one I owned.my only complaint is the limited apps and the lack of support on nest products.other than that this its a great buy and would recommend

Love the fridge! As ridiculous as having a smart fridge with an lcd screen is, I love having a family calendar, Alexa hub on it, and all the tech features.

Has good features but has made low shrill noise in the first 3 weeks of delivery.I have not heard now for 2 days. Will wait for couple of days before i take further action to return or tald to Samsung

Needed to replace existing fridge, this model was an excellent choice. Love being able to check the contents of the fridge by using a mobile app. And the wife loves using the tablet to listen to music or watch Netflix while cooking.

Best Buy was awesome in how they accommodated us with the purchasing and delivery process. We had tried all other stores but as soon as Best Buy opened up for service after COVID restrictions we lighten, we were able to get our refrigerator.

Great and spacious interior capacity. The screen randomly plays music if signed in to something like spotify, only way to stop it is if either you sign out or turn wifi off.

I'm very happy with this fridge, Its not only extremely functional, the latest technology is extremely user friendly. I true must for anyone that wants to add some flash to the kitchen

I was nervous buying a Samsung, but this has been a great buy. Love everything about this refrigerator. My husband hooked everything up by himself and had no issues. So far everything is working perfectly.

Full access to Ring security, Tv, and music. Has its own AI Bixby that can recognize your food and provide recipes or shopping lists for your convenience. Live views on your phone when you need to check on inventory, overall 10/10.

The refrigerator works great. I enjoy the features and the look of it in my home. It is fully functional and the team that installed it did a great job. They were fast and efficient. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Beautiful Refrigerator. Unfortunately it arrived at my home damaged. 2 months later, the damage hasn’t been resolved by Best Buy.

Overall the refrigerator does the job but the water/ice dispense does leak a lot.

Best tasting water from the dispenser, no need to buy bottled water any more. Tablet is very useful. Great speaker, AI still needs work identifying what's inside the fridge.
