It'll drop ice out for about a couple seconds then the ice maker will pop out of place and I have to open the fridge and manually pop it back into place to work again. The family hub is very lackluster as well. Not worth the few extra $100 compared to a normal fridge. I would just recommend buying a normal fridge and a google hub or echo show. Bixby doesn't work as well. No response back from Bixby and the processor must not be great in the display because it takes awhile to repond back to touch on the display. A failure of a product for Samsung.

Ice maker is a known issue and samsung wont help

The ice maker has been a disaster the entire time. It was replaced once already(and even past the warranty) because samsung knows its a manufacture defect. Now it wont make ice and leaks water in ice maker compartment and freezes and i cant pull the bucket out. Set up service and they are going to charge me. I said it’s a known problem and they even said they had new parts because of this but are still going to charge me. i will never buy anything samsung again. Not fair.
