After 5 months of usage, the icemaker broke. They replace something but the technician didn't know how to put it back together and broke another piece. So, i have to wait again for a few days.

I would imagine the demands of a family of four shouldn’t be an issue for this appliance When my basic one could handle it without a struggle. I’m still trying to figure out the smart features but cold drinks in my home is a priority.

Scratch On The Side

Unfortunately, the warranty is terrible. There is a scratch on the side of our refrigerator, on the non-stainless steel part. Best Buy doesn't care and Samsung says that Best Buy should be the ones fixing this. I am not sure where to even buy touch up paint for this. It would be a easy fix if we knew the paint type, but no one knows this either. It looks awful. Best Buy should stand behind their products and at least tell us how to fix it. Such a shame. Don't buying anything from Best Buy.
