The local repair places I've called will not work on this model due to it being junk apparently so I guess I'm stuck with the overpriced people Samsung recommends.

I was given 4 units. 3 of the refrigerators came with issues and were turned away. It got to a point where I had the delivery team open the box and allow me to inspect the unit before installation. The ice maker CAME BROKEN in 3 different refrigerators. Mare sure you inspect the unit thoroughly before installation and take pictures!
