    I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED, STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!

    STAY AWAY, Fridge broke within 30 days of receiving it. Freezer wont cool and fridge does not go below 50F. Bestbuy customer service said that they cannot do anything after 15 days! This is rediculous for a major appliance!

    They gave me the wrong color, it took three deliveries before I got the correct color. Each delivery team was different, they was not too friendly.

    The fridge looking good but the both doors imbalance not evenly level and right side door got squeaking sounds, I call in customer have them exchange new one

    Guy at store didn't care either way if he sold a fridge or not. Paid extra for delivery and of course there's is all kinds of reglations they can't hook up stuff or turn it on or anything.

    Love the fridge and all its bells and whistles. Love that I can play music and jam while cooking. Also love how it connects to my ring so I can see who’s at the front of my house. Lost one star only cause it’ll glitch every now and then and Alexa sometimes has a mind of her own.
