    Looks amazing.... to clean a horrible pain. I had to YouTube to figure out how to take it apart. Once I did it (over an hour) one of the rollers stopped working. Went to Best Buy to see if I could buy a new drawer and I was told I had to call and make a claim. Just not worth it hat I paid.

    This is excellent. You can play music whilst cooking in the kitchen. When the door is left unclosed, it will send you a text that the fridge door is opened. It is just an awesome partner in the kitchen.

    Replaced an older Samsung with this six months ago …. Guess I didn’t learn my lesson! Ice maker is absolute TRASH …. Had to have it fixed less than 7 weeks ago and now it’s locked up again and producing no ice!

    Nice touch the Alexa connection , but design wise is very poor. I guess the designers never thought about cleaning, plastic shelfs are of poor quality, the break easy

    The fridge is fine but there is a panel in between two door that suppose to change angle and block the space between two door but it’s not doing it’s function. It’s so annoying that there is a gap in between two doors.

    Great refrigerator I wish that they improve the connection to be able to add pictures is more difficult to set up than a regular table, they should add Bluetooth connection

    This thing is a disaster. Apparently the ice makers are a recurring issue with samsung fridges and we've had tons of problems only a few months in to owning this thing. Extremely frustrating.

    I bought this on September 30th of 2020, so a couple of weeks ago. One week after I got it, the touchscreen is no longer working. I paid so much money for a fridge that broke in a week. I’m currently waiting on Samsung to fix it.

    I can’t give a positive review as my item is not in my home it was delivered to my garage and on three occasions it was to be brought into the house. It didn’t happen. I am very frustrated with the service I have received so far. Another appointment is scheduled for 3/20/21. Hopefully it will happen.

    This Fridge has been nothing but a nightmare, The screen is often unresponsive it has to reboot multiple times. Now it making a noise like a helicopter. I was about to get rid of my 20-year-old fridge after getting this, but the 20-year-old fridge is still working with no issue in my garage while this Samsung is failing miserably.

    Missing parts

    Ordered this refrigerator on Nov.20,2023. The delivery guys didnt connect the wster lines for the water/ice maker. The delivery guys took the screws to the freezer door handle and ive bern without access to my freezer for nearly 3 weeks.
