    NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN

    I got this fridge 3 years ago and since the begging we have problems with the icemaker, now it stop working suddenly and SAMSUNG charged me to send its technicians to check it out, Technician said that there is nothing they can do, that SAMSUNG will contact me. The fridge has a sign with a 10 years warranty and it was not working even half of that time. Really disappointed with this product.

    Very expensive, so we expected alot. Ice maker is horrible. Output is poor and often not completely frozen? Almost as if it is melting before coming out. Freezer door handle came off and warranty refusing to cover it? It is not Geek squad though. It is cheap plastic and now that it is broken, I am not sure how it lasted this long.

    Family hub cool but is it worth it?

    Ive had this fridge for 5 yrs now. First it was the ice maker, stopped working competely. Had a tech guy come as it was still under guarantee and all he did was unplug it, say to wait 24 hrs and plug it again. That made the ice maker work for a day or two. Then the speaker stopped making sound. I can use the family hub except no-sound comes out of the machine. Now the freezer is not freeezing properly. Next time im buying an LG

    Good Tech Terrible Refrigerator

    Only good thing on this is the TV. Within 1 year ice maker broke, door hinge broke and 3 shelves broke. YES 3 have broken and none are covered and are 65 bucks each. DO NO BUY THIS!

    Do not buy just for the tablet! I did! The drawers do not hold much and I have had for 7 months and now needs repairs - temperature sensor, defective ice maker, evaporator cover and the list goes on. Do your research and purchase another brand. I have had multiple run around with Samsung and they have done nothing! I was told not to purchase Samsung appliances!

    We bought this refrigerator less than 3 years ago, and the compressor has already failed. Additionally, the ice machine is extremely slow, taking forever to fill a single glass.

    Buyer Beware!!!

    All Razzle and no Dazzle. I bought this unit 9/2020 directly from Samsung. 3weeks ago the compressor failed. The replacement compressor was broken out of the box. No clue when another compressor will become available. Told by Samsung its on back order No refrigerator for past 3 weeks!!!!

    Creepy, Easily Hacked, Invasion of Privacy

    This product is creepy and easily hacked and here's why it's concerning. When not in use, one would expect the screen to be off. However, my experience has been that on multiple occasions when watching tv, I get up and see the screen on the fridge turn off very quickly. And when turning off the tv and lights to go to bed, the screen comes on even though no one is near it. It is strange and gives the feeling that your privacy is being invaded. I would not recommend this product. They should provide customers with solutions that work to prevent this from happening.

    loud sound

    after almost 2 years of use it starts to make a loud sound, it becomes annoying, that sound only goes off when I open the refrigerator and when I close the door it starts again, it is no longer under warranty

    Ice dispenser broke after 1 month. Then cooling unit broke after 1 year. It then flood our entire home. Terrible, terrible unit. Do NOT buy any unit with THIS ice configuration.

    The family hub doesn’t work 9 months after buying

    My daughter like this refrigerator family hub so much. We spent over $ 3000 buying it . But 9 months after buying it, the family hub didn’t work. They put on a new one. but it didn’t work again. Very annoying!

    I brought this model 2019 June. Stop working from October 2020. I have geek squad protection plan(paid extra money). after a couple of repair attempts they finally gave the money back. no refrigerator for more than two months. deadly Samsung. I never buy this brand again

    Samsung refrigerators are the worst ever and the company itself runs on unethical values. There are several design faults in the refrigerator which the company denies. Customer service is the most pathetic. Stay away from Samsung and its products, otherwise you will just be wasting your money

    Had to poke a Samsung appliance review in somewhere. Samsung uses Tekniton exclusively for service of their products. Do yourself a HUGE favor and look at their reviews before purchasing a Samsung appliance.
