Great refrigerator. The family hub is an awesome feature. We all have fun with it. The only negative is that there is no place for water drips or ice chips to be caught. There's no drain and thus the water collects and spills on the floor when the door opens

Nice addition to a smart home experience. When configured with ring doorbell, you can see your guests on the screen. Love the power saving feature where it doesnt have the screen on "Always ON display" mode.

Love my new refrigerator, I leave little notes for my kids telling them what to clean because we all know they're going to look in the fridge a 100 times..lol

Plenty of space to store all of my groceries. The best feature is the wifi connectivity and the ability to see what is in my fridge without opening the door. I love it!

Great fridge without the hub. Nice and big. The hub adds a lot features that make things easier like syncing with your phone no matter what phone you have. You can see whats inside the fridge from anywhere on your phone.

I just love this refrigerator! The ability to show pictures from the gallery is a plus. The sound quality is great and the smart things app works as advertised.

Love it except the compartment area by the ice maker isn’t very big and I don’t like the fact there isn’t a light by the ice maker or option to swivel out water spout for larger containers

The refrigerator has all the room my family needs. I love the look of the fridge and all the features of it. Being able to display pictures of my kids and grandkids just makes me happy.

I love the smart refrigerator. I can listen to my favorite songs, enjoy my favorite TV shows in while I am at the kitchen cooking.

Fridge is nice, ice cube dispencer had a couple of hicups but is still going good. Bestbuy delivary scratched my new floors on instilation so there is a large arch scratch leading to my fridge, but no other problems

I love this fridge. This my second one. So far so good both still working great. Just don’t use the ice maker for crushing ice I heard the motor will break. I dont use mine, only to dispense ice.

Great unit. No downside found so far. The hub is fun and convenient to use. We haven't explored all the apps yet. We watch the news, listen to music and leave notes in the kitchen!

Love that I can be in the kitchen cooking and listen to music at the same time and when I have friends over they can see pictures on the screen I don’t have to put on the refrigerator. There’s more space.

We have the Samsung refrigerator for more than one month. Still it is so early talk about the quality. But we really enjoy to have it, so easy to use, the hub is so useful access to internet and listen to music through our refrigerator is so awesome!

I love the family hub it is nice. There is no light on the ice and water dispenser. Also there is no tray to catch water spills. As much money as I paid for this refrigerator you would think that those are standard features.

Works well, lots of space. Features are a little hard to figure out at first. Samsung app doesn’t allow too many changes to the family board.

Interesting refrigerator! We have had fun making pages for the screen adding our own style with photos and video. Beautiful to look at all shiny. It even improves the overall appearance of the kitchen. Thanks
