This is a really interesting and someways amazing refrigerator. The Smart hub does quite a bit of a virus a great deal of entertainment. Unfortunately the connections with calendars is a bit unreliable. The fridge itself is spacious, well lit but not much room for tall items like liter bottles of soda or bottles of wine. Overall I would buy again as I do like most of the features, but like I said very good, not perfect

This is a great refrigerator. The family hub functions are now an essential for everyone in the house. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We love it!! The family hub is very helpful and the fridge very spacious. The screen is large enough for us to keep it as our calendar

I love this refrigerator. Before buying, I knew that it's a smart machine and had some functions but was not aware of it's all the functionalities. You can see inside the fridge when you are doing groceries, can connect to smart hub, browse youtube while waiting for food to cook, browse receipts while cooking, listen spotify, see your photos on it's big screen and enjoy cold and purified water from its dispenser. Best buy customer service was awesome. James Marwick helped us purchase all the appliances and we are super happy.

This fridge has everything we wanted - plenty of room for food and drinks, ice and water, bottom freezer with shelf and network connectivity!

Love our new fridge! We opted for the full size over counter depth and it fits very nicely in the space

I enjoy the family hub for most of the features. I would have given the rating 5 stars but Samsung needs to figure out the issues with using the SmartView feature it truly has lagging, freezing, and sound issues regardless of the internet connection. If you purchase the family hub and would like to watch tv (SmartView) make sure you have the latest Samsung TV or an up-to-date television...honestly do your research if this is a feature you want to enjoy on the refrigerator.

A lot of space! Love the meal planner, ability to view content of the refrigerator anytime and anywhere.

In love with this refrigerator. If I had too I would buy this a million times more. I have little kids so I love that it notifies me on my phone when the door was open specially since my kid grabs and runs with out making sure the door was properly closed.

The design was nice. The unit started making noises and breaking down after 6-8 months. Had ice maker problems also (kept falling out of the door when opened) I had to return. Samsung & Best Buy made the return easy for a new refridgerator.

So far nice fridge. Only complaint is that it does not make ice fast enough.

It’s only a couple of weeks old, but so far, so good. I like the space and the hub is fun.

I love this refrigerator, it’s the topic in the kitchen. I have yet had to wipe it down.

You know how sometimes it seems the technological world gets past you and you think how will I catch up? Samsung makes it pretty easy to catch up, although, we do have reservations. We wish the interactivity with our iPhones was a little more intuitive. I get it, I get it (Brand priority and all) but it would be more helpful. Great refrigerator. Keeps everything cold and fresh and it’s fun to use.

I purchased this refrigerator for ONLY ONE REASON! I needed a good ice maker! My other ice maker went out. I figured with the name being SAMSUNG it would have been a great choice! I also have a washer & dryer made by them. I figured for the price of almost 3k it would have at least lasted more than 5 months! The ice maker STOPPED working!!! I've heard since they are notorious for issues with their ice makers! They do not have a fix for this yet! Its a 50/50 chance now that the ice maker will be permanently fixed! I want my money back because this is utterly ridiculous to spend THIS MUCH money on something that only last 5 MONTHS!!!!!! COME ON SAMSUNG! You can do better than this! Also trying to get someone on the phone to help you with customer service is like pulling teeth! What invest in this, when there are other companies who have better products? So disappointed!!!!!!
