Stay away from Samsung Hub…..

Hub frig…purchased Aug. 28, 2020: By Jan., 2021, ice maker and freezer door handle replaced. By Sept. 2021 ( a week after mfg. warranty expired) entire hub replaced. Dec. 2021, waiting for new part for hub and ice maker to be replaced AGAIN. Good thing we purchased extended warranty. Must have Samsung phone for hub to work easily. Challenge with an iPhone but no one tells you that during purchase process. The refrigerator itself works fine. Good temp and nice storage. Stay away from the gadgets and/or purchase a separate ice machine. Stay away from the Hub.

The features are very cool. The ice machine keeps up with our family and the cold water is so nice too. Best Buy did a great job delivering it and it arrived in perfect condition and on time.

Didnt think we needed the wifi screen but so happy we changed our minds. Interior is very roomy. Like the taller water/ ice compartment in the doir and the crushed ice feature

We are very pleased with it and have had a great time with the computer interface. Best Buy scheduled our delivery on the day before we had a major Christmas party planned at out house. The delivery team was knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with the purchase, delivery and setup.
