Samsung Poor Quality Freezer Door & Ice Maker

I usually don’t write negative reviews but I have to for this and I wish I did my research. 1st problem, the freezer drawer gets difficult to slide out as ice builds up and you have to ram it out to open it all the way. 2nd is the ice maker stopped making ice after a year. Apparently the ice maker freezes over and they sell a kit to fix it… that’s not even my issue, my ice maker just won’t make ice. Its terrible. I am absolutely disappointed at the quality of this fridge. I wish I could turn back time and not spend almost 3 grand on this fridge. To try and put some positives. The tablet interface is cool and works with ring well but that can easily be replaced with an Alexa Hub. Other than that, its just a gimmick. It has cameras to look at the fridge for items but I hard use it. But yeah, I’m really disappointed at the quality of this fridge. I should have known because you commonly hear about poor quality with Samsung washers but I would have never imagined it applied to their fridges too. I’ve never had issues with my LG washing machines and TV, makes me think I should have gotten an LG fridge instead. Samsung lost my respect here with poor design and they expect me to pay to fix their poor design.
