So far this is better then my other older Samsung that was leaking water into the drawers. I turn off the family hub when I’m not home because it uses a lot of electricity especially since Con Edison rates have gone up so high.

I love it! It’s adorable and functional. There are so many cool things about this refrigerator. It will show you what’s inside without opening, it plans meals, helps with grocer lists. and you can watch tv lol. I am hooked.

Works as expected but no easy way of putting tall items in it such as a regular container of milk. Also, no light on water and ice dispenser.

This refrigerator so far is amazing! Helpful with letting us know what to buy, give recipes, and we can use Alexa to add items to our shopping list. Everything we could have wanted in a refrigerator. Now, BestBuy customer service? If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

This is a great fridge. I love the French door style. The family has all gravitated towards the Family Hub screen and multiple applications installed. Quite commonly you'll find a new doodle someone has drawn on the fridge or someone taking a look at potential recipe options.

This fridge is exactly what we needed. We love the color and the functionality. The app also allows you ti communicate with it.

WE FOUND OUT THAT THE SHELVES ARE LIMITED ON THE ADJUSTMENT AND IT IS NOT THE SAME AS SHOWN ON THE VIDEO.

My wife loves this unit, with all the different functions and possibilities that she can utilize with it. It keeps her busy and, in the kitchen, :)

I will be honest, I didn't think I need a smart fridge. Well I still don't need one, but darn is this a lot of fun, especially if you have young kids. I let them doodle on the whiteboard. We gave fun decorating the famoly board, and I'm going to set up Ring doorbell on it

This refrigerator has of the features, bell and whistles to fit in any modern home. It is spacious with adjustable shelves able to store food in a combination you can thing of . The freezer portion is large enough to store any and all of your foods that require freezing.

I love my Samsung smart refrigerator, i control virtually everting in my home with the smart hub. I enjoy every bit of it.

Waited for 3 long months after the purchase date! Delivered to me with some light scratches in the front doors. But overall The fridge is awesome. Built in camera and tv is very cool!

My family is enjoying very much our new Samsung Family Hub refrigerator.;my grandkids especially. They love leaving messages for me to see and watching videos . My favorite is being able to see on my mobile device what's inside the fridge when I am food shopping.

This fridge doesn't forget it's main job - keeping food cold. It excels at that while providing cool tech that helps organize our food and our lives. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone. Very impressed that Best Buy was able to deliver just 3 days after ordering!

Very nice fridge, works quiet and holds a lot, it has a fancy look. The hub is perfect high tech. Samsung gets the thumbs-up for creating such a beauty for the modern age.

More than a fridge, this is a entertainment center. You can watch TV, listen to music, watch your security cameras, lots of things! Best fridge ever!

This new refrigerator is magnificent, it cools very quickly and the ice makes it fast, all of that is also very quiet, we don't notice that it is there
