We absolutely love this Samsung refrigerator! Everything about is amazing. It has a huge freezer and fridge area. I love listening to Pandora while cooking and the grocery list keeps me updated with grocery needs. I cannot say enough. Hands down Love It!

We love our new Samsung refrigerator. Plenty of extra room in the fridge section. We were unsure how we would like the freezer drawer as that was different from our old side by side but it has worked out well. The no streaks finish is also great.

Do not waste your money on Samsung. Our Family Hub refrigerator is barely over a year old and the ice make is going on its 3rd repair in 3 months, We asked if there is anything else that can be done after the 4th repair this week, Geek Squad said no, just keep calling to get it repaired. So after our warranty, then what? We have been spending $20 bucks a week on ice. This is ridiculous after spending $3,000 on a Samsung appliance. My 15 year old LG NEVER had a problem. Do not buy Samsung.

Beautiful refrigerator. Free delivery and great install team from Best Buy, hassle free. Kids love the smart tech that comes with this product. They had a blast uploading photo's and listening to their favorite songs.

The fridge and the technology are fantastic. I would have given it 5 stars if the shelves were more adjustable. There is only 1 place you can fit bottled drinks and there is no way to adjust it

My refrigerator came in and I had to go pick it up. It was wrapped and packaged Very Well. so when I got it back to the house and inside my house I unpackaged the item. There were dents all over the doors. It had to of happened pre-packaging. I called right away and was told that someone would come out and replace the doors. I now can't get anyone to return my calls. Very disappointing that I paid this much for a product and this is the service I get.

I’m blown away by the home hub. I can check what’s inside the fridge remotely, I can bring up healthy recipes, I get a video alert when someone rings the doorbell... this just feels ridiculous. It feels like the future just threw up all over my kitchen.

Mechanically the refrigerator works great. It's the electronics, the family hub, that is unreliable and in my opinion not worth the money. It randomly stops syncing...usually when you are out shopping and need access. There was also a profile error which locked up the entire processor. It had to be reset to factory so everything I loaded/customized had to be uploaded again. Samsung online support is a joke. Just go ahead and call.

This was hands down my best purchase! This fridge is so good and all the technology embedded is great! Loved it!

Love our fridge!! Works great no complaints!! Love hearing music while cooking, love the cook book install and being able to see inside the fridge.

Pretty good refrigerator definitely recommend! The smart hub makes it easy to keep track of groceries. I was even surprised the speakers sound so good.

Very nice fridge manor upgrade from last one I owned.my only complaint is the limited apps and the lack of support on nest products.other than that this its a great buy and would recommend
