Ice Maker stopped working

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the refrigerator in August 2020 and the ice maker stopped working after the warranty was up. I have contacted Samsung twice about not being able to pull out the ice tray and the ice maker not making ice. They were supposed to send someone out but nothing. Not sure what to do at this point. I like the refrigerator but if I'd have known about the ice maker, I would've bought a different one.

Water drips all down the door. should have some type of catch for extra water. Crushed ice takes for ever to fill up a glass. Product freezes when placed on the shelf in the back of the refrigerator.

Samsung fridge cheaply made

The right door (screen side) keeps moving and is nearly impossible to immobilized when fully opened. Both French doors are just too light and weight less. Also, there is no light on the water dispenser.

bad deal all away around

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well ave had this refrigerator for about 5 weeks ice maker stop working after paying almost 3,000 dollars called best buy there was nobody in the area so they pretty much washed there hands of it and told me to call Samsung called them they cant get anybody out until the 9th my wife just had nee surgery and need the ice and no help i will not buy from best buy or a Samsung idem ever again hell i even bought an extended warranty what a joke. BB
