I transported this home myself (upright) and plugged it in overnight to allow things to cool down before transferring my food, set up the really cool touch screen thing and went to bed. The next day the display showed temps were at their setting (38 and 0) so i went to move food from old fridge but I noticed that the temp on this one didn’t feel cold even though the diplay shower it was at 38. I put a digital thermometer in there and it was actually 70. Tinkered a bit but nothing so I contacted Samsung who couldn’t do anything other than tell me to restart blah blah and then informed me that they still couldn’t do anything further because i was still in the 14 day return window with BB because that was their agreement and to take it up with them. After 14 days they would send a repair tech but i wanted this now. BB doesn’t do repairs unless you pay for their extra service nonsense so now I have to transport this thing back for a refund. BB did provide a refund no problem with them but the moral of this long review is buy from Lowes and have them deliver to you. It doesn’t cost more and if there is a failure they will pick it up. Also Samsung support is horrible so I got a Whirlpool from Lowes instead. Cheaper and better support from the store and manufacturer.

Now the touchscreen is dead. Go on Facebook and find the Samsung refrigerator lawsuit group. 80K plus people on that group. I don’t believe these reviews are accurate what so ever. I believe Best Buy or Samsung or both is deleting negative reviews. My entire house is Samsung products and it will be the last time I purchase anything from them. I loved the fridge until now but to have 2 major issues already now I’m looking for my next brand. Stay away from Samsung! Complete trash
