Terrible. Terrible. Fridge gave out the same day it was delivered. And has yet to work properly. geek squad couldn’t fix it so here i am waiting for a new one all over again and it’s on back order until December.

I absolutely love my new Samsung refrigerator. It’s nice and quiet and fits perfectly with my new appliances. The family hub is so fun to play around with.

Shelves are really small and the space is limited.

This refrigerator is so awesome because it has so many features that it will be a big help for all your everyday activities. It’s high efficiency led lights are brighter and so much better than regular light bulbs. The fingerprint resistant finish is so nice so you don’t need to constantly clean it’s surfaces. You have so much space in this refrigerator that you should never run out of space. You can actually keep your milk in the door and it will keep cold just as if you had it on the shelf. The family hub has so many features that you will be so amazed with it’s capabilities. This refrigerator will keep you connected and help you manage your family better than you will ever know. You will not be disappointed with this refrigerator. I could go on and on about everything it offers. But If you don’t think that all the technology it offers is necessary, you are wrong because it’s the best thing that you can have as it allows you to do everything and anything. It offers so much I haven’t even got to use everything it has to offer as of yet.

I’ve had my fridge for only 3 weeks but so far me and my family love it. It’s very spacious in the inside and of course we love the family hub features. The only reason I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 were for the couple of CONS I have. I don’t like the fact that there is no catch cup or something under the water/ice maker to catch the ice or water that drips out of the spout thing. I ended up buying water catch sponge of amazon which corrected this problem but for the amount of money this fridge costs it should come with one. I think Bixby is horrible. Especially compare to Alexa or Siri. You have to repeat urself a zillion times and it still doesn’t get it right. I LOVE the pandora music app on the fridge and the speakers sound so nice BUT the app has to keep being reset cause of some server error and I googled the issue and it appears Samsung is aware of it but hasn’t corrected it. I will admit I did a lot of research on this fridge so I am kind of scared a bout the whole Samsung freezer issues. But so far so good and the little cons I have are definitely not dealbreakers. My fridge is the highlight of my little kitchen and everyone is amazed at it.

The black stainless steel finish is absolutely beautiful! It's such an eye catcher in my kitchen. I've always wanted a bottom drawer freezer and there's good amount of space in the fridge and freezer especially when you use storage bins. Even though people say the screen is a gimmick, while this may be for most, it comes in handy for me since majority of my home is smart. Just one of many examples, I'm cooking in the kitchen and when someone is at my door, I'm a couple steps away from my fridge to see or answer my Ring doorbell. It also has Alexa built-in so that's a huge PLUS. Also, if you were to tell me years ago that I'd be listening to music on my fridge while cooking, I would have laughed. The soundbar sounds pretty good! I can keep going about the pros... Now for the cons: 1) water dispenser leaks after getting ice, kind of a nuisance but the pros outweigh this for me 2) crushed ice dispenses SLOW but it works 3) a light on the dispenser would have been nice (c'mon Samsung, every thing has LEDs now a days) but not a deal breaker. My #1 complaint is not towards the fridge but BestBuy's delivery, it took 3 weeks and 5 attempts to get this fridge to my second floor kitchen b/c I have a tight stairway and some of the delivery guys that came out are not very smart and one crew couldn't get my old fridge down the stairs and another crew didn't even try and laughed at me while trying to convince them my fridge would fit (my old fridge was the same size as this one). The last crew (only 2 guys) actually listened to me word for word as I explained how to get the fridges up/down my stairs and they were able to with no problem so buyer beware if you have tight hallways/stairs, you may get the wrong delivery crew.

We've had this fridge for about a week and we’re constantly amazed at what this fridge can do. With the family hub you can look up recipes and put the ingredients on a shopping list and sync it to your phone. You can listen to spotify or pandora while cooking. You can sync it to arlo or ring and monitor your cameras. As for the fridge itself, it is nice and roomy but the shelves are hard to adjust for large containers. If the fridge is full it’s not as bright as I would like.

After some research and good specials I decided to get this refrigerator. First because of the space. Everybody said that you have enough spaces to put all yours stuff. That's true. Super nice design. The stainless no finger prints is priceless when you have kids around. Inside the compartments are well design. Also the Family Hub added a lot of new features. I love inside of the fridge. Super recommended to buy it!

Nothing else like it. We own two versions of this refrigerator. One in Va. Beach Va (this model) and one in Pittsburgh Pa, the 4 door version. First: Longevity: The Pittsburgh model was purchased in Feb 2017. Except for the ice maker (totally replaced in 2022 at no cost by Samsungs service rep who came to the house) not a single issue and note: The software update can now do a rapid reset/defrost of the ice maker using the family hub touch screen and it works perfectly as well.... Before we moved to PA, we had an 'LG' which did not have a family hub. A great frig but no comparison to the 'FHub'. Our Va Beach 'LG' frig failed after 4 years (freezer only still worked so we purchased this 26.5 cu.ft 'FHub for our Va. Beach, Va home. Delighted.

The fridge has all the features and some that I would ever need in an appliance. The space inside the fridge is pretty good, but the shelf distribution will prevent you from add some items, since they are not configurable, so all the soda bottles have to be placed laying down or in one spot of the right door. The screen is quite usable, you can get Alexa, but not google home, which is what I use the most. You can whatch videos on YouTube via browser tab, and not an app, but works pretty well. And you have Samsung TV, with some selected channels. I like the fact that you can see what is i your fridge remotely from the Smart Things app. There is plenty of room to store all your vegan food. I like this fridge.

We are enjoying our Samsung Family Hub refrigerator. I didn't think I would like the bottom drawer freezer setup but I am a convert. The use of space is so much smarter than our old side by side. My husband loves the Family Hub feature and we are starting to use it in more ways, it's fun and practical. Full disclosure, we bought ours at the outlet side, so a Much discounted price, and my husband had to fix the fan before it worked properly. Also, something that was never discussed nor readily apparent in the materials, but we learned from Samsung while fixing it- These newer refrigerators are not supposed to be tilted! And if you do have to tilt it you are supposed to wait for some hours before plugging it in! I feel like that information should be a lot more prominent in the packaging and promotion of refrigerators. But we love our fridge.

I origionally wanted the 4 door flex but it was backordered. So i took my 3 year old to the store and was leaning to the 2 bottom drawer, then i saw that this fridge my kid could reach the fridge easier because the fridge is lower and bigger. Now that i have it im confident i made the right choice. All 3 of my kids love the fridge and can access qll the shelves and drawers that are set uo for them to access their food. The touch screen is a great toy but is rarely used but is nice to see my kids photos and leave notes for my kids. The qbility to see inside from the store is cool but u cannot see the doors. The milk is in the door and i cant see it. Also the fridge tries and fails to identify what is in it, i wish there was a way to teach the fridge what it is seeing. Also i hope they upgrade the fridge with camersa that view the doors and a better view of the drawers.

We've had this refrigerator for about two months now and we've been very happy with it. We've really come to enjoy the Family Hub and are really using it a lot. We love customizing the screen with our pics and videos. Our previous refrigerator always had a calendar magnet but the Family Hub had its own calendar and it shows lots of daily appts and reminders, which we love. We also love how it displays our Ring doorbell video whenever someone rings the doorbell. I even discovered a USB port right on the door that can be used for reading media files. My ONLY complaint is that the ice dispenser is slower than the refrigerator it replaced.

If you are in the market for a cutting-edge, fun, and useful refrigerator, this is the one! I purchased this refrigerator not necessarily looking for one with a lot of technology packed features but this refrigerator has met that and more. It’s very useful and eye appealing. There’s plenty of space in the freezer and the huge refrigerator space has more room than I could ever use. I love the family hub technology and connectivity with other devices in my home. I am anxious to see what the energy savings will be over time. I was able to purchase this refrigerator during a Labor Day sale and the price was really good. I would highly recommend giving it a serious look. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

The spacious door bins are perfect for holding drinks, condiments, and even snacks for the little ones, making it easy for them to grab their favorite treats on their own. But the real star of the show is the smart technology integrated into the Family Hub. It feels like we've stepped into the future! We use voice commands to pull up recipes, get cooking tips, and even play our favorite tunes while we cook together. It has truly elevated our kitchen experience and made cooking a fun and interactive activity for the whole family.

Really liking this refrigerator. I love the French door style, the ice maker works fast (although it dispenses a bit slow). Because of a great sale, I went ahead and paid extra for the family hub and use it much more than I thought. The ability to put notes or photos as a screen saver is interesting. The ‘left the door open’ alert function is very helpful. The ability to quickly order refills on Amazon item is also helpful. Telling Bixby to start a timer is very helpful - much easier to use than the timers on the oven - and you can set multiple timers at the same time. The function that is supposed to use the camera to identify what is in the fridge and tell you whether it is expiring- that doesn’t work well but I didn’t buy it for that function.

We have had our refrigerator since June. One of my biggest complaints with it is the ice maker is extremely slow dispensing the ice. I know that is not major. Only when I am waiting for the ice to come out. Another small issue is if you are moving to a french door refrigerator you have to take note of which order you close the doors. Meaning if both doors are open, you have to close the left door then the right door. closing them not in that order causes the bar on the left door to bang when closing. You can open in any order you choose. Again something small, but for the amount of money you spend for this refrigerator, you do not want to hear any banging noises. Other than those things we are happy with our purchase. I am still getting used to having to open both doors to determine where something is in the unit. no longer are the days of just opening one door to grab an item. We went from a side by side to a french door. I thought I was going to lose freezer space, but I am happy to say that is not the case. The option to see inside the refrigerator while at the store seemed like a great feature, but we have never used it. and depending on what you are checking to see if you need more of, the cameras may not hit that area. For example the drawers in the unit, you cannot tell what is in them from the app.

I absolutely love this. We had the dark version of this with the pull out middle drawer before (extra bigger but hardly noticeable) and we would have taken it with us in the move but couldn’t. So we purchased this one , the steel look goes much more well with kitchen look. The space difference between this one and the upgraded one with middle drawer is hardly noticeable. This one still has a pull out middle drawer, you just have to open the two main doors to get to it. No biggy :) Screen is great, good for recipes and we often listen to Pandora thru the fridge when making dinner or lunch. Connectivity isn’t as fast as a brand new iPhone but it’s still fast enough :)

I love this refrigerator. The color is great and the fingerprint rsistance works well. It is very large inside and holds plenty of food. There were mixed reviews so I was a little skeptical but I'm so glad I decided to get this one. The issue some had with there not being a drip tray, I purchased the drip foam from Amazon. After flushing the filter though and using the dispenser it does not drip at all so I don't need it. The tablet integration is a plus. I can take phone calls hands free while I am cooking, listen to music and pull up my recipes right on the door. I love that I can access it from my phone, comes in real handy when you realize you forgot your hand written list when you get to the store.
