Bought this item less than a month ago so haven't had much time to use it yet.. This fridge is roomy on the inside but shelving is not easily adjustable for taller items. Cooling is great all around no warm areas. Freezer is deep with double bins. Smart board runs like a samsung galaxy s4, kinda clunky at times, especially with music playing. Video looks decent audio is decent, for a fridge! Lol

This is our Second Samsung refrigerator and we love everything about it. The kids love the big touch screen and we use it for everything (entertainment, calendar, reminders, recipes, etc..) will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refrigerator that does it all.

I love this refrigerator with the Family Hub. The calendar, specifically, is a huge plus for a busy family. The size of the fridge and freezer compartments are great. The only flaw is that the unit came dented from the manufacturer, but Best Buy was very easy to work with on getting a replacement.

Nice, but not as large as our last Samsung (mostly in the freezer area), but it has the family hub and is Alexa and Smart Things compatible. We were forced to get a new one because the ice maker quit working. Here's hoping this new one lasts longer. Look for the sale price!

I am enjoying playing with all of the tekkie whiz-bams on the fridge. The fridge looks great in our kitchen and both the fridge and freezer are very roomy. We have to be careful with the upper shelf, it comes off its ledge from time to time when one of us is either putting something on it or taking something from it. Also, we've noticed items stores in the back left side of the fridge tend to freeze up, telling me the cooling is not uniform throughout. Other tha that, we are thrilled with our purchase.

It it Nice An Spacious. Only thing the ice dispenser is not as good as other refrigerators. Overall its a great look. After 1 Year it started making loud noises. Geek Squad came 3 times until they were able to fix it and find out what was wrong with it,

Samsung has made an amazing refrigerator. The whole point of purchasing this fridge is the Family Hub. It can do it all from seeing inside the fridge, making menus, listening to music and connecting to Smart Things. Some practical things however fall flat. For an example the water dispenser will randomly leak and Samsung did not include any sort of tray or sponge to collect this water. The ice cube maker takes quite a long time to produce ice and if you don't have the glass right up to the lip ice will go sideways and end up on the floor. So top notch smarts and fledgling practicalities.

This is a really great refrigerator. Besides looking beautiful, it works great. We love the additional smart features, like being able to customize the look with photos or short videos on the screen, and being able to use our phones to see what’s inside of the fridge while we’re shopping. We could not be happier.

I’ve only had my fridge for under a month and I love the way it looks in my kitchen. It’s very easy to use. You have to get the smart hub and Samsung tv (be sure to get the correct model tv) enjoy all the extra features. The only con so far the ice maker can be very loud randomly I guess when it’s making ice but overall I love it.

This refridgerator has all it takes to be one of the top refrigerators in the market. It is a family hub with apps to sync with your smartphone. What I like about it is that you can upload family pictures and videos to be display on the screen. You can also add your shopping list and todo list and have music and watch videos and access apps built for smart home. It is a great unit.

I didn’t think I would be a fan of the hub as I am not tech savvy BUT I love the feature!! It allows us to view what’s inside so we can buy groceries easily and not stand there with it open deciding what we need from inside. It is spacious and has plenty of room for everything we have. The black stainless steel finish is sleek and clean, leaves no fingerprints either!!

I have this refrigerator for quite some time and so far we haven’t run into an issues it’s a great refrigerator with anything you ask for. Ice maker does not make enough ice if you have a bigger family otherwise it’s a great refrigerator, We love playing music on a Hub while being in kitchen

Enjoy the refrigerator very much. It looks very good on the outside. Keep steady cold temperature inside. The capacity is very good, have more room than my old side by side refrigerator. The family hub is very nice, you can hear music and watch video and tv. Completely satisfy.

We were attracted to the smart refrigerator but after getting it home, realized there was not enough efficient space inside. There are limited configurations for shelving and the ice maker is slow and the ice looks like snow. Also, doors need to be hand closed.

I have had this samsung family hub for a week and we absolutely love it! Very spacious, beautiful to look at, and the screen is mesmerizing for the first few days. We will get a lot of use out of it going forward. I strongly recommend anyone eyeing this refrigerator to give it a shot.

I was torn between saving the money with the French door side by side, or going with this style. Im glad I went with my gut on this, because this refrigerator is spectacular. The space, drawer organization, built in ice, and water, and not to mention the family hub, makes this the best purchase I've made in the last half decade.

Some of the features we liked a lot others not so much. Smart Hub center is a really nice feature. The ice and water dispenser is NOT so nice. We were used to a GE fridge that could handle larger bottles and dispensed ice 'cleaner'. When this fridge dispenses ice, little chunks of ice fall all over. You get some crushed ice when you DONT want it. Larger water bottles do not fit. Would be nice to have a larger opening, cleaner ice dispenser and a feature to put a bottle in the dispensing area and select the number of ounces to dispense. That way you do not have to hold the bottle and wait. We drink a lot of water in our family and we use large water bottles. The bottom vegetable drawer could be deeper to fit the average vegetables better. Way too shallow.

Great refrigerator and freezer. I was a little concerned about the freezer as well as overall space, however, there is plenty of space both the refrigerator and freezer. The tablet is convenient and I am still getting used to using it. Really great purchase and definitely recommended.

Loving the new fridge!!! It is so nice looking and it's so spacious! I love that I can answer phone calls right on the fridge when I'm busy in the kitchen...no need to go grab my phone. I LOVE the family hub and how easy it makes several tasks. Ice maker is a bit noisy, but not that bothersome

I love this fridge! It’s huge. I always have room for everything without being too overcrowded.
