Product missing a tray and on the 13thday after delivery, I called to complain about a missing part. After 3 failed chat and 2 phone calls in 4 days I was able to resolve but they tell me I'm outside the return window. Best buy sucks. I used to buy a lot of products here but no more! I even paid for geek squad installation.

Fridge wasn’t what I thought it would be cracked up to be. I have a iPhone and a lot of apps and settings the fridge can offer doesn’t even give you an option to have if you have another carry besides Samsung/android it’s a lot of devices that offers other options for different carriers

When my fridge arrive got a big hit in the side I call bestbuy but they don’t care at all , I know you don’t care but I’m paying $1600 for this fridge that’s to much money for something is used or hit

The item freezer door was broken when staff brought it to me. The freezer door is still broken.
After 2 weeks of having the refrigerator and going to the store, a repair man suppose to come and see it he can fix it. If not i will return this product to the store.

The fridge is nice BUT I'm very disappointed and upset with the care of this product. I waited a few months to FINALLY get my new fridge, upon delivery, both sides was dented, I got 125 gift card.... I'm still waiting on, then I noticed three more dents on the left door and more dents and scratches on the side of the door. For 2000 dollars, ummm this thing is beat up for that price.

Never was able to get my delivery had to wait to long then when it came for delivery it didnt fit they sent an agent out she told me it does fit and said she would reorder then i would have the fridge i wanted in the fisrt place bit it dodnt happy hope whoever orders this tirns out good

We are a fan of this fridge but it came with damage on the side. It seemed to have been tampered with before it arrived. The color is great and being smartphone compatible is so cool. However, the drawers are SO DEEP and items get lost super easily. They should have put 3+ drawers instead of just 2.

Refrigerators are good for one thing: keeping your food cold, right? That's the old way of doing things. In the new abnormal, we now have refrigerators that play spotify or your amazon playlists which fill the entire kitchen with beautiful sound. These speaker can get as loud as you will need, too. Great, you probably think what's so great about a fridge that plays music, I have a phone, an Alexa, and a soundbar on my tv that all do the same thing... do any of those devices tell you when your food needs to be eaten before it turns into a moldy mess? Complete with pictures and reminders as you are getting close to that date? Oh, and instead of leaving your refrigerator open for 5 minutes while the internal temperature creeps up and up, you can click on the "View Inside" app. If you were really proactive, and tagged the item when you placed it in the fridge, you can see it's location on the app.
After two weeks, the items above are the critically useful items to me, but the kids love to leave notes, it's incredibly easy to link your phone to place your pictures on the screen, and if you are lucky enough to have a food prep area that faces your fridge, you can run guided recipes on the fridge screen.
All of my devices are Samsung, as I value my Samsung tv's, phones and tablets. I know I'm going to get a great product that looks and works without issue. But my 10 year old French Door Refrigerator differed in the level of temperature based on it's location. Given the pandemic, I didn't consider that I needed to move all of my food to the new refrigerator. So even though my old refrigerator was over 28 cubic feet, the Samsung 26.7 cubic handled my food like a boss. And I can now see and access all of the freezer food that was always just piled on top of each other.
Oh and last thing... this refrigerator has some new tech that doesn't just keep items cold from the top down, but from multiple locations throughout. That has kept a much more stable temperature of food.
This is a really great refrigerator and a big step up for those that are interested in upgrading, I think it's well worth it.

We absolutely love our Samsung Side-by-Side Smart Refrigerator with the Family Hub! First, the "Smart Part" of this fridge. I didn't have HUGE expectations for the 'Family Hub' part of this fridge. Samsung has let me down so many times with these internet of things integrations. So with that in mind, I only wanted the camera I can see in the fridge from the grocery store and some ability to touch it and control my SmartThings home controls for lights and the such. SmartThings app on the fridge is more limited than expected. It isn't able to be re-arranged in anyway (its all alphabetical) and it doesn't recognize lighting groups that you make in the phone app. So to get the most of out controlling light groups you'll need to create virtual switches/dimmers or use Scenes. As a plus, the speaker on the fridge is actually quite high quality, and so is the screen. So its great for pictures and listening to music. Sadly if you're a cord cutter you don't get much in the way of watching video on this thing. A youtube TV, sling, netflix, or any other app would be a really welcome addition as the web browser is pretty ancient feeling and not a way you'll want to utilize those services.
The fridge part: So far its been working great. Got nice and cold quickly, has quality surfaces and it looks and feels great inside and out.
I LOVE the fact that doors are flat are don't have handles. Makes opening the fridge that is nearly flush with the left wall a much nicer experience. The door makes contact with the baseboard before hitting the wall, so marks on the wall and the fridge aren't noticeable if there at all!
The ice maker is effective and easy to access. Much better than our last Samsung french door with its ice maker. I also love how tall the opening is for the ice/water dispenser because it makes filling up pitchers and large YETI-like steel cups a much better experience.
This dispenser is also where I can't believe there is a missing feature--THERE ISN'T A LIGHT UNDER THE DISPENSER. Shocking. Not a deal breaker, just the one wart in an otherwise perfect fridge.

Have had it about a month and love love it. Had a side by side years ago and remember loving the 'new' French Door type then--my French Door was technically larger, (an LG that failed in only 3 years - we didn't buy the extended warranty.) But THIS side by side seems to have a better use of space. It lets me see more things in the freezer than my french door's big deep hole of a freezer. I did buy some clear plastic boxes I can pull out with say, condiments, and a couple of little drawers (for garlics, and string cheese, boiled eggs etc.) that helps me make better use of this fridge as it is rather monotonous in having only 2 bottom drawers (that I use for veggies/fruits and cheeses) and shelves that are mostly the same dimension. I was worried about not being able to adjust the shelves or door bins, but alas, the door bins on the bottom fit 2 1 gallon milks (and some smaller items) just fine, AND they are tall enough to put a wine bottle in too. So no complaints there. THEN the "family hub" is really amazing and I do use it already a lot. Love the time and weather showing up on it and that it "knows" when you pass by to light up. We use the calendar, and the Alexa which I don't normally like to have in my house. The "Alexa - add milk to my grocery list" is awesome so I never write it any more and my list is always accessible when I am at the store. The camera to look inside isn't all that useful though. It only shows you one or two shelves, so if you keep the things you might want to visualize on those 2 shelves, great, but it's more of a gimmick I think. We have had one or two instances of the screen doing strange things as if somebody was pushing buttons (and they weren't) so the jury is still out on the stability of the computer, but I am keeping my fingers crossed it is minor and nothing goes wrong for this during the period we THIS TIME bought the extended warranty, as I do love it a lot! P.S. the side by side was one of the lesser expensive items that had the Family Hub and in the larger size by the way too!
