Family hub is not only a regular refrigerator but it’s an innovative way to keep your food fresh and healthy for longer duration. Cooling Is very efficient and it makes plenty of ice. I hear sounds during dispensing the ice but it does not bother me much. Water stream is good and locking is great an additional to it. I enjoy variety of smart features such as family pic display by creating albums, listening to mudic using alexa, recipes, shopping list to track my food expiration is great. Overall amazing product in good budget.

Has a lot more space than my last refrigerator. At first felt as if it was going to be a little excessive with all the apps. Quickly realized it was a good buy. A little disappointed, that I have two screws missing where the water and ice dispenser is located. But overall still believe it should receive 5 stars.

So far - we freaking LOVE this fridge. The Family Hub is great, we're still learning things it can do. Linking a calendar and gallery allows you to see family appointments and photos. You can look in the fridge without opening it. You can even control the temperatures precisely by setting an exact fridge and freezer temp in the Settings. I also love listening to music using YouTube, Spotify, etc. while I'm cooking. As a fridge/freezer, my only issue is that the ice bin is a tad small, but then we've been using a lot of ice since it's been 15 years since we've had a fridge with an icemaker. Maybe we'll slow down after the novelty wears off. There's plenty of room in the doors and shelves, thus far we're extremely happy with it.

We love our new fridge. It is so spacious! The only thing we are a little concerned about is it should be fingerprint resistant however I am having to wipe down fingerprints ever couple days. But not as noticeable as my last fridge.

We love this fridge! Especially how interactive it is with the screen. Its easy to get quick recipes and connect ring door bell to the screen to know who is at the front door! Best buy had one day delivery which we wanted as our fridge broke down. The team was super helpful in installing the fridge and haul away the old one. We had a problem with the water knob and needed a replacement before installing the new fridge and the best buy team rescheduled the install when ever we were ready. The teams then sent were very friendly and knew their job. Over all super happy with this purchase!

very good fridge so far, responsive beautiful screen. icemaker works great, and good water output. freezer is perfect size for horizontal pizza boxes. will update if anything happens.

We’re still learning the different capabilities of this refrigerator. OMGoodness I love having my recipes on the door big and bright enough for me to see. Bixby and Alexa are right there if you need anything. When items are getting low or we use the last of anything, just tell Alexa to added to the shopping list. I let my 15 year old daughter pick it out and I am glad she did. I just wish it had a light by the ice and water dispenser.

Good refrigerator. Only downfall is ice maker is slow. Super spacious though and very sleek looking.

The refrigerator works great, with plenty of space and a sleek design. It arrived with a small dent, but the customer service team was prompt and professional in addressing the issue. I appreciate their quick response and the overall quality of the product. Looking forward to using it for years!

We have had this fridge for a month now, and I only have two complaints while everything else about it is pretty awesome. I wish there was a light in the drink area so I could see how full my cup is getting without turning on the overhead light. Second, the ice maker cannot keep up with multiple people in the house, so I had to purchase additional ice trays to make up the difference. The fridge itself is sturdy, as are the shelves and the door holders. It is easy to clean the places where people grab it to open it. I am pleased with this fridge overall.

The cooling and freezing are very good. The icemaker is a bit unreliable and I don't think it makes as much as it good. The apps on the Family Hub can be difficult to work with. The calendar app is really great. The memo app is also good. I was not impressed with the Shopping List app.

This refrigerator is well on its way to accomplishing just that by giving you the ability to view footage from your home security cameras, create a shopping list, dancing your buns off while you cook (laughing) and documenting everything in your fridge daily via the large computer screen on the panel of the right door. I mean what else can I say..? It’s absolutely stunning to look at … one of challenges is keeping the fingerprints off the fridge! THANK YOU BEST BUY!! LOVE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Nice cold section. I have more storage than my previous whirlpool fridge. Although the overall cubic is smaller, it is more than enough. One thing I wish it has a led light for ice and water dispenser. Also the water from the dispenser is not cold. Regarding the oversize android tablet is quite nice. However, they Amazon and Samsung disabled the reorder fridge's part directly from the Amazon site. What a bummer. I am hoping it will still notify me the estimated expiration date of the water filter. Overall it is still a nice fridge. I bought it together a range and microwave as a set.

It functions as expected; as stated by others the ice is sparse. There was a small dent in the door when delivered. I indicated at that time that I wanted to replace the door. The delivery person submitted the ticket while on premise but I've not heard anything about when the door will be replaced and it's been three weeks. I didn't experience the sound distortion from the speakers when playing spotify but have several other ways to play music so I didn't put the volume on the fridge at full blast. My young adults enjoy watching Youtube for recipes while cooking which is a bonus.

This things amazing, my girl won’t leave it alone. Loves listening to you tube, and I know, who needs a a tablet on their fridge door, we sure dint, but the experience is different and amazing. My dad couldn’t get over it! I think he fell in love with it the most. It tracks your electricity usage. It’s just pretty cool and fun to have.
