I bought this Samsung refrigerator a few months ago and I absolutely love it. It has completely exceeded my expectations. This fridge has a beautiful sleek look to it. It has plenty of storage space. I have been enjoying all the cool features such as viewing the contents of the fridge from the screen display and listening to Pandora music. Everything works as it should. I would have rated this fridge five stars but I removed one for the lack of lighting in the water/ice dispenser. My previous Samsung fridge had this feature and it was great to be able to get some water at night without having to turn on bright lights. They should have included this feature. All in all great fridge!

We are thrilled with this Samsung Family Hub refrigerator. The touchscreen is a game-changer for managing our family's calendars and shopping lists, and the kids love leaving notes and watching videos on it. Beyond the smart features, it's incredibly spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room for all our groceries. The fingerprint-resistant finish is a huge plus and keeps it looking clean. It's the perfect centerpiece for our modern kitchen!

We love our new smart refrigerator! While sleek and elegant, it is technologically functional and fun. We love the ability to see the contents of the refrigerator fr.om your phone! The whiteboard and list features are super cool too.

Cool fridge features, we loved having the extra screen in our kitchen. Reliability is yet to be determined. Touch screen/software can be laggy at times, no light on the water dispenser is a bummer. Overall, happy with the purchase and having owned it for a year (we moved).

Excellent Fridge! Love the tablet on the fridge. The speaker is excellent! It’s also very roomy. The shelves are not adjustable… which is a drag. Not sure why Best Buy wants 50 characters minimum.

Very well designed and works perfect, has enough space and easy to clean.

Overall very spacious fridge. My only complaint is the water dispenser which is poorly designed and hard to activate without spilling water or ice all over the place. It is also very boxy and quite deep so make sure you sufficient depth for this fridge. Also wish it was finprint proff as some newer fridges are.

Family hub is not only a regular refrigerator but it’s an innovative way to keep your food fresh and healthy for longer duration. Cooling Is very efficient and it makes plenty of ice. I hear sounds during dispensing the ice but it does not bother me much. Water stream is good and locking is great an additional to it. I enjoy variety of smart features such as family pic display by creating albums, listening to mudic using alexa, recipes, shopping list to track my food expiration is great. Overall amazing product in good budget.

Has a lot more space than my last refrigerator. At first felt as if it was going to be a little excessive with all the apps. Quickly realized it was a good buy. A little disappointed, that I have two screws missing where the water and ice dispenser is located. But overall still believe it should receive 5 stars.

So far - we freaking LOVE this fridge. The Family Hub is great, we're still learning things it can do. Linking a calendar and gallery allows you to see family appointments and photos. You can look in the fridge without opening it. You can even control the temperatures precisely by setting an exact fridge and freezer temp in the Settings. I also love listening to music using YouTube, Spotify, etc. while I'm cooking. As a fridge/freezer, my only issue is that the ice bin is a tad small, but then we've been using a lot of ice since it's been 15 years since we've had a fridge with an icemaker. Maybe we'll slow down after the novelty wears off. There's plenty of room in the doors and shelves, thus far we're extremely happy with it.

We love our new fridge. It is so spacious! The only thing we are a little concerned about is it should be fingerprint resistant however I am having to wipe down fingerprints ever couple days. But not as noticeable as my last fridge.

We love this fridge! Especially how interactive it is with the screen. Its easy to get quick recipes and connect ring door bell to the screen to know who is at the front door! Best buy had one day delivery which we wanted as our fridge broke down. The team was super helpful in installing the fridge and haul away the old one. We had a problem with the water knob and needed a replacement before installing the new fridge and the best buy team rescheduled the install when ever we were ready. The teams then sent were very friendly and knew their job. Over all super happy with this purchase!

very good fridge so far, responsive beautiful screen. icemaker works great, and good water output. freezer is perfect size for horizontal pizza boxes. will update if anything happens.
