I love this fridge ! I haven’t explored all the options yet but I love everything about it we played music on it during the holidays and watched shows on it while cooking ! Sooo much space and works like a charm !

I love this refrigerator! I use the screen much more than I thought I would. And the refrigerator is very spacious.

I am a tech geek so when these fridges started showing up, deep down I wanted one and I knew one day we’d have one. How can a guy secretly want a fridge? It’s purpose is to keep food cold for crying out loud. Well, this is so much more than a fridge. This side by side is spacious, well organized, and it has a huge touchscreen. The best part about the purchase was that it was my wife’s choice. It is an awesome fridge. My wife loves it!! She loves listening to Pandora while cooking up some dinner and following the recipe right on the screen. She loves adding little daily notes for the family and uploading new pictures to show up in the slideshow. She loves the space the fridge provides and the ice it makes. There isn’t anything she doesn’t love about it. And to be honest, I love this fridge as well. It looks like a man’s fridge. I love that it doesn’t have handles. I love the tech built in and we are still figuring things out cool new features. It is just a great fridge. If there was one criticism I could offer it is the lack of a light on the water dispenser. This would be a nice feature for late night trips to the fridge. The screen helps add light but would be nice to have it right at the dispenser. That’s it...great fridge!! It won’t disappoint.

The Samsung smart refrigerator is so advanced. The Alexa controlled computer is amazing and entertaining. If you are away from home and want to see if you need milk and eggs you can actually see inside your fridge with the computer screen. My only problem is that I will say something that must sound like "Alexa" and the fridge willl start talking.

Great storage, not super wide in the fridge but deep. The spacing of the shelves feels like a great balance of storage while not making it so deep that you loose your stuff. Screen is pretty cool, the speaker on it is great. Uploading photos is more difficult with apple products, but still works. The screen has glitched out once or twice but there is a reset switch that fixed it

Wonderful smart refrigerator my whole family loves and enjoys going into the kitchen because of my refrigerator. Thanks also to the sales person for his marketing skills which also helped us to make this wonderful purchase.

I just love love love this refrigerator, two sides of the doos open specially .... and room inside the refrigerator is also very roomy, my size of the refrigerator is 26 cubic feet and off course family hub is awesome eeeeeee.

I absolutely love my new fridge. It has a nice amount of space in the fridge and freezer. I love how it has a nice water/ice dispenser. Then the screen on it is nice. It's fun listening to music while cooking or following a recipe

We love this frig. It's the perfect size for our family and the grandkids enjoy writing on the white board. My husband enjoys watching TV and using YouTube while cooking. Best purchase

Its a really nice fridge. I like the camera and the touch screen. I wish it was Google-based. I also wish i could adjust the shelfs they have one location and thats what you get. The temp in the app doesn't seem to be changing the temp in the fridge. I put a thermometer inside and either my thermometer's way off or the temperatures are off. My gauge is reading like 20 below and the freezer set to zero The fridge side is set to 34 which is the lowest setting and it's showing 10°. So I'm thinking either my gauges off or the temp is not exactly what it says it is. I wish it had enough capacity to be able to play movies that I purchase in my YouTube app. That would be kind of neat to be able to listen to a movie while you work. But I do love the music feature. It works amazing. The fact that it has GrubHub and all those things built into it will be really super convenient for people that like to order out. You can order groceries right from your refrigerator. You can glance into two shelves in your refrigerator just to not the top one but the second one and third one down from the top. That's kind of neat. The freezer shelving is nice. They built in the spacing around the outside so that you can't over stuff it. But I'm sure somebody will find a way. I used to be a service technician for a&e appliance services. Samsung products were the least worked on of any product that I saw. All my appliances except for my dishwasher are Samsung. Bottom line overall I looked at all the machines that were out there and this is the one I chose. I like it. It's going to work well. It looks good. Does not make a sound except for when I tell it to play music hahaha

The refrigerator itself is fantastic. I absolutely love it, best thing I have bought so far!! highly customizable storage inside.

Very nice with LED lighting, its actual deeper than I expected. I enjoy the touchscreen, but it doesn't utilize the whole screen whrn watching movies butits bern great n easy to connect to my home network. My biggest con is that it doesn't have a drain where the ice maker/ water dispenser at...and its not fingerprint friendly like described

Absolutely love this fridge. Stays at the perfect temperature and have never had issues with the touch screen, nothing like making dinner with Pandora music playing.

This will be my second review. Kameron and Wyatt were the most outstanding team I've ever met. Polite, professional and went above and beyond to accommodate a gigantic stellar Samsung refrigerator, made sure I understood all the fancy IT features, when to use ice and it was a challenging install due to lay out of the house, ensured no damage took place and then moved a refrigerator out through the back door and around the house to install in in law suite. If every delivery and professional installers were as on their A -Game as they were life would be much easier. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars. Truly outstanding service. The product is fantastic, the music plays so loud and very nice to leave each other notes and have the ability to see each other's schedules. Beautiful and features I never knew existed but now can't live without.

Luv this product, the smart hub helps keep my family connected, and my wife just loves the feature where she can pull up the app at any time too see if we are low on mike or juice and other items, such an amazing appliance we've added to our family, way ta go Samsung, The watts family

A great product. I enjoy it a lor. getting a drink and listen to news or your favorite show or your favorite song is great. My friend were pretty impressed about that feature.
