Amazing!! You get notifications if the fridge was left open for too long, you can scribble on drawings and add pictures from your phone to the screen as little fridge magnets

I love the fridge and the home service and in person agent was great but not the phone rep. We were able to have it delivered in a fast and timely manner. The only downfall was it was missing one of the freezer drawers which was a bit odd. Then when I called Best Buy they told me I had to call Samsung and get if figured out with them it wasn’t there problem basically. Samsung customer service was great! They got it delivered to me within 3 days. Best Buy customer service was terrible and could care less about my problem. If it wasn’t for that then I would give a higher rating. I absolutely love my fridge now that I have all the parts for it. The touch screen is amazing because I can listen to music while my little one watches his shows. If you have a family I highly recommend this fridge. The only downfall is the water/ice feature. You have to make sure your cup isn’t all the way to the back or the water will not go into your cup or get a big enough cup that has a big enough rim that reaches that far.

Love the fridge! It is nice looking and I have been wanting one of these since they came out. Can make shopping lists and view it on my phone. Can see inside the fridge when I'm at the store, can listen to music right on the fridge, leave notes for other family members, set times, view the weather, have a recipe that is on my Samsung phone show on the screen so I dont have to keep waking my phone up to view it. The only issue i have with it is the ice maker. Its is kinda slow on making ice. With a family of 3, we run out pretty quick and it's not even summer.

I bought this fridge Oct 2023 when purchasing my home because I loved the idea of being able to watch tv while cooking or listening to music but it’s beyond limited in what you can watch! You have to have a Samsung tv to stream to it and it has to be a certain kind not all work :( I have two Samsung TVs and only one stream to it… It’s also now June and the touch screen works when it wants I’m sick of it already but it had great space the tv option is trash

Love our fridge. Great size can fit a lot inside. The hub is amazing and a perfect fit for our family. Everyone in the house enjoy’s using it.

The fridge raider is awesome for one exception, the water dispenser. It does not have a nightlight. That’s the only thing I saw that you dropped the ball on other than that refrigerator is awesome.

This refrigerator is wonderful. I purchased it at a great price and it runs great. It doesn't make all the noise as my previous refrigerator. The shelves in this unit are very sturdy, and plenty of shelves. There are two bins, one is large and the other is small, but they hold quite a bit of fruit and veggies. The shelves in the door are great for milk and juice and other glass and plastic jars. I couldn't of picked a better refrigerator for the price. I have no regrets purchasing this unit.

We are in Aww with our new fridge. In love with it. Works great keeps everything cool . Luv that we can play music or watch anything when we are eating or making din din.

The service was great I love my new refrigerator got it for a great deal and was easy to install

It is a wonderful refrigerator and very big inside. Fringer prints just wipe off, so easy to keep clean unless you have small children. The only thing I doesn't like is that it produces ice slow and run out quick. Also I can't find games for my grandkids but I'm sure they will figure it out. I love it. Has too many features to list. It took us almost 30 minutes to get it started. Read the manual!!

I love my family hub and the great deal Best Buy gave me on it. I can watch cooking shows and follow along as well as answer my front door using the Ring app.

There were so many issues with this purchase. I was charged for setup and the fridge was not set up. The water line was not hooked up. I was told I needed to pay an additional fee of $300+ to get it hooked up. Then one of the shelves is missing from the freezer. And before it was ever delivered my delivery was canceled without notification and I took off a day of work waiting for a delivery that was never made. It was then rescheduled and delivered on a date that was not previously agreed upon, which was different than the scheduled delivery date. I had to hurry and make sure someone could be at my house as the driver stated they were 10 minutes away from my house. When I call to speak with someone regarding this ordeal, I’m left on hold for more than an hour.

Spacious, but lacking storage. ( only two bins ) The speaker crackles when listening to music. Refuses to stay connected to the wifi.
