I gave design 4Stars because there is no cheese drawer. Apps work as intended and it has a USB port. Do I have to mention it has a 21.5 inch screen :)

Not to mention it took 6 weeks to even receive the fridge and washer & dryer. So I called Samsung for service because it quit cooling and they said they could have someone come out in 5 days so I called Geek Squad after being talked into becoming a member just to find out that they couldn’t come out for 10 days. All my food went bad because it turned out that it had a freon leak and the compressor went out. Had to wait another 8 days for parts and now we’re still waiting to see if it’s fixed! We may end up having to have Samsung replace it but honestly it shouldn’t take this long. I bought $4,000 in stuff including the fridge, washer & dryer and other items and am severely disappointed in both the manufacturer and the Seller.

Unfortunately, the freezee never worked and the fridge remained at around 70 degrees. We lost most of our frozen food. Thankfully they are sending us a replacement, unfortunately it will be another Samsung. Such a disappointment for a beautiful model. We never had any issues with our Samsung washer and dryer.
