We bought this through Best Buy. The first one was damaged, the replced it no problem. The new was installed and from the very start,the freezer would fluctuate as much as 20 degrees. Set at Zero. One time you look,,it is 4 above,then you look hours later it is 18 below. Does this everyday all day. They sent out someone from Samsung and they ended up replacing all the electronics. The service technician finally said there was somthing wrong he could not fix. Called Samsung from here and they told him they were going to just replace it. They called me and told I would behearing from someone to set up a delivery time within 48 hours.A week later nothing. I called back and now told they are not replacing and basically they have done all thay are going to do. Going to try and get Geek Squad to get involved. Have always had good luck with them.

Samsung Fridge is working just fine so far and I’d buy it again, however. be aware that the ice tray isn’t that big so keep this in mind when purchasing. Over all I’d give it a 3 to 4 star rating at least for now.

Be sure you door opening is big enough as this is every bit of 36" wide. The control panel extends out that I don't believe is included in the measurements. Overall, it's a nice side by side.

This refrigerator is perfect for our needs we have a large family. One of the best features is the ice maker built into the door. Love it.

This refrigerator is a replacement for the Black Stainless steel model we previously purchased. The Black did not go well with our decor so we opted for the exchange without any issues.

Great refrigerator for the value in price. The brand isn’t too bad either as well. Overall a good deal for a new appliance in a new house.

I like everything about the fridge but the one thing I wish it had and didn’t notice wax there’s no lunch meat drawer

Love my Samsung refrigerator! It makes lots of ice! It was installed great! It dings when you leave it open! I bought my Samsung washer, dryer, stove, and Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy!

Good so far, barely purchased my first home and got this fridge to match the appliances that came with the house.

Very dissatisfied with this product only kept it for a week was not willing to work with the issues already presenting themselves. The ice maker kept freezing big lump of ice, the icemaker froze over could not remove from door to dump had to pour hot water in to release was a hot mess. Did not like the sensitivity of the water dispenser seem like it would leak water if you passed by it. Tried the lock mechanism still spilled water when not in use...in the end just exchanged for a different model fridge

The Best Buy Geek Squad delivered and installed our Samsung refrigerator. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. An absolute pleasure. Loving the fridge. The filtered water is delicious.

Very nice and beautifull and perfect space for freezer

Our old LG refrigerator stopped working. Decided to get this Samsung refrigerator. So far almost 2 weeks in and no problems. Lots of shelve space. The shelves are very deep.

We love the fridge. The water on the door runs slow but otherwise it’s been great so far.

Love this fridge. Our first dies after 1 1/2 years but samsung stood beside thier product and refunded the money. Liked the first one so much that we bought another just like it.

Problems problems problems from the beginning. I water has never worked and the V ice machine gets stuck we have to fish V it the V ice by hand

Have been pleased so far. Has a few bells and whistles not sure will ever use, but is nice refrigerator. Reaching to side of door to open versus grabbing handle has been biggest habit to break.
