    Does most of what its supposed to do. Sometimes it wont allow me to select "water" on the dispenser for hours though. Its random. Waterline not frozen.

    So far so good, having ice maker in the freezer section will hopefully avoid the problems that the french door refrigerators have. Wish it had an extra smaller drawer though in the frig section

    Slow droppinf the ice

    The refrigerator itself it good except for the icemaker. It takes too long for the cubes to come out. The crushed ice take less time but stll too long too

      Hi there Icedrop, I see that you have concerns with your Ice Maker in your Samsung Refrigerator taking a longer time than expected to dispense Iceland know that can be irritating. Ice typically takes between 2-5 seconds to dispense from the ice dispenser. This is normal. The time it takes for ice to dispense depends on a few variables, including the following:
      How far back in the bucket the ice is.
      The amount of ice in the ice bucket.
      Whether cubed or crushed ice is selected.
      Crushed ice may take slightly longer to dispense due to the time it takes for the gears in the ice bucket to crush the cubed ice.

    The fridge is big and the lighting is great. The outside dent And scratches so easily it makes the purchase not worth it.

    Love our new refrigerator! Best Buy was easy to deal with when in need of the refrigerator. Lowes and Home Depot no help wanted to wait over a month. Got this within 5 days and the delivery guys were awesome and quick!!

    So far so good it's only been a week it came damaged second one came with more damage waiting for Refrigerator number 3 not too take away from the performance.

    I love my fridge it doesn't hold all the fingerprints like the stainless steel does. It easy to clean and it let you know when it's time to replace the filter.

    Item damaged after unpacking. Deep dent in door. Best buy and Samsung very difficult to deal with to try and rectify.

    Love the fridge even though it had a big scratch and a black paint chip on the side when delivered. Did not want to go through the hassle again of ordering another one and waiting for delivery.

    make sure you have room this refrigerator is huge! I really like the new icemaker design i have 2 previous samsung refrigerator and this by far the better design

    Overall very good. All of the drawers are on the bottom, that's my only critique when storing lunch meat or smaller things I find it awkward to always be bending over.

    Very disappointed. I love samsun and all our appliances and electronic are samsung except our printer. However, the shelves dont move and you cannot fit somethings on the shelves, the ice maker barely makes any ice, and it takes like 2 to 3 minutes to fill up a 8 oz cup with water.

    The ice maker is extremely small. We are a 2 person household and it's inadequate for our light usage. I like the fridge though.

      We understand that the fridge's ice maker is too small for you.

      The ice maker can make 10 pounds of ice a day; it can only hold 2 pounds of ice at a time.
      Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop. The ice maker can approximately make two trays of ice every 3 hours.

    Worst Appliance Purchase Ever

    I purchased this refrigerator in May and it barely produces ice and it no longer holds milk or freeze liquids solid, and it hasn't been 2 full months. Samsung insists on fixing it so my extended warranty that I purchased through best buy is useless. Be prepared to wait on hold with Samsung for a service appointment and wait another 7 days for someone to come and actually try to fix it. Never again will I purchase a Samsung appliance, possibly wont purchase from best buy again.
