Love it. It’s a great upgrade from my smaller Maytag refrigerator. I like that it shows you the temperature in both the refrigerator and the freezer and that the water filter appears to be very easy to replace. Also, the LED lighting allows you to see everything.

I've only had it a week, but its been great. The finish is better than expected, and temp is perfect. A lot of room inside too. Delivery and install went as good as can . Only 2 small negatives. You can't adjust shelves. And no dril tray for the ice/water dispenser. Otherwise its great!

Thus is a large and easy to use side by side. It has enough space, the water and ice feature is very handy, and it is quiet. I’d highly recommend it and the Best Buy installation team.

I absolutely love this refrigerator, looks great, quiet and very spacious!! I was worried about shelving height to fit milk, etc. but everything fits great!! I love the side by side, I will never have a drawer freezer again (you can’t see everything)!! PS my kitchen magnets work on this fridge!!

it is working relly well so far and so much room than our old beat up one we had finally after 20 some what years.

It is working good doing it’s job! Just the little things are what are a bit disappointing like whenever you get an ice jam since the freezer is mounted onto the door you can’t really get to the ice ball. The ice container door was stuck since the ice was in the way to pull it out. I got it working again though using a hair dryer and the Ice container door was finally able to come out. So I’m still debating if the ice marker on the door is worth it or if next time I will just get the ice marker on the far inside of the freezer, maybe easier to get it unjam. Anyways it’s freezing good just a heads up though if your lights go out remember to reset your temperature back to your preferred settings. I did not know it would reset after the power going out and my settings turned off my milk was frozen solid! But that’s not important my filter got frozen as well and now it turned on the filter label on the frigid. So I still need to get a new filter. But the normal functions of the fridge great everything is working good! Yeah sure I recommend just know one day you’ll have an ice jam that requires a hair dryer.

I enjoy this fridge. I’m now 3 years in with it. It’s spacious and the color is really nice. I do have a few cons: 1) after some time, the crushed and cubed ice function switches from time to time so we never know what kind of ice we’re going to get. 2) I wish the water/ice dispenser had a night light. It would help when getting refills in the middle of the night. 3) Also, having to buy a new water filter every few months kind of blows.

So this thing takes up a good amount of space and you really need.to make sure you measure all doorways and everything correctly. Had to take 3 doors off to get her to her new home. But she comes packed and wrapped to prevent scratches, the water line was a simple hookup and following the directions included we had her up and running in no time. Digital controls for freezer and fridge Temps is awesome. It cools the filtered water so you need less ice when drinking it. And about the ice, we thought the amount it can store may be an issue bit once the ice maker is up and working 100% we haven't had any low ice issues at all. And this thing has so much room! The second fridge we keep in garage to hold frozen foods is basically not even needed anymore.

Nice interior size. Cools fine. Love the side by side design - this is a great option for those of us who despise bottom drawer fridges. The freezer isn't quite frost-free. The water dispenser is well designed with three simple buttons and enough vertical space to get a 64-oz diner cup under it. Major caveat : this unit inexplicably ships with a large sticker (maybe 6" x 8") attached below the water dispenser that describes how to attach the doors. The installers didn't remove it. It took me a trip to Home Depot and more than an hour of scraping with a plastic spoon to get it off. Under no circumstances should I have to do that with a brand new, not cheap appliance, terrified I'll scratch it beyond recognition the whole time. Attached is a photo of the sticker mid-removal. This might not be a deal breaker for you but for me it severely undercut my satisfaction with my purchase.

Very nice & good look. This is my 2nd Samsung refrig. 1st I had 4dr flex zone 29cuft good feature but issue with ice maker but Samsung replaced everything for me (PCB, Ice maker & Bin) for free This model have minor ice cube drop out, if I didnt use it for 2-3 days ice maker will drop crush ice first then afterward many ice cube came out, need to paid tension to use it, reason ice get stick together inside the bottom bin, However I like it, look very nice. I will have 4 Dr flex zone soon if Samsung has design with ice/water on the door (much convenience) It get 5 stars

This model is minimalistic and elwgant. In the inside, it is spacious. The hidden handle and verticla freezer are plusus

Extremely pleased with our new Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with large capacity. Excellent amount of space in both refrigerator part and freezer. Having the ice machine in the door frees up a lot more space in the freezer. Would highly recommend the ice maker in the door. Also, we had Best Buy deliver and setup for us...hands down the best service we received when installing a major appliance in our home. The whole experience from the time we walked in the door at Best Buy in Rogers, AR to the time we had the appliance installed by their delivery service was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend anyone looking for a major appliance that they make the purchase through Best Buy in Rogers, AR. Salesperson and Service department go above and beyond to help you with your purchase and make sure everything is working correctly once installed. Will purchase all future appliances for my home with Best Buy due to their customer service and products they have available.

I've had this six months now and I can't complain about anything except I think it dents easily. It's still working perfectly. The ice maker isn't the fastest but it doesn't bother any of us. It's very spacious, which is the best thing about it. I saw some reviewers talked about the lack of light inside but idk what kind of unit they got because there's no problem with the light inside this fridge. It lights up the whole inside, top to bottom.

Love this refrigerator! So spacious and it's perfect for my family's needs. Large storage drawers, deep shelves and tons of space in the door. Ice maker bucket could be a little bigger but then I'd lose space in the door so it's ok. I'm happy that I can place milk, juice and other large bottled items in the door which saves space on the shelves. Rod and Alex were wonderful when they came to install. So professional and personable. Tom/Tom S were great in helping me choose a perfect product for a great value. Overall we had an awesome experience with the Peoria, IL store and all the associates. I highly recommend dealing with this Best Buy.
