I love this fridge. I needed to replace my old fridge suddenly and unexpectedly; it came with my house when I purchased it and I didn't realize how much its condition had already deteriorated. So, my parents and I spent hours researching the best fridge in this style (pocket handles). Samsung isn't the brand we initially wanted, but it is one of the better rated brands for this style of fridge. And we managed to find it in black to match my other kitchen appliances. So, I am super happy with it. This truly is a gorgeous fridge. The doors are covered in the stainless steel, while the body of the fridge is regular fridge material. Unfortunately, it isn't smudge proof, but I don't mind all too much. It has ample space for what I store in it and I love the simplicity of the cooling controls and the water/ice dispenser. The only thing that would have made it better is if the architect of my house had positioned the fridge space differently. As is, I can only open the freezer a few inches, which makes for a difficult use/removal of the ice box in the door as well as general use of the freezer. That's a design flaw of my house, though, and not a critique on the fridge itself. The freezer and ice dispenser work, which is more than I could say of my old fridge. Overall, it does all I would expect of a fridge and it looks good doing it.

Very happy with my decision to purchase this refrig. For a side by side, there is a lot of room on the freezer side. The drawer is good for bags of veggies. Wasn’t sure the ice bin would hold enough ice for us, but it’s not been an issue. The outside is sleek looking and the water/ice dispenser is large enough to fit tall water bottles under. Though the refrig side shelves are not adjustable, I can fit all sizes of containers and bottles in with a little imagination. There is a lot of space on the top shelf, but Wine bottles don’t fit, so I put them on the door.

The size of it is awesome I got the stainless steel which will be nice for the long run hide scratches easier if they happen. Fridge and freezer got cool really quick after plugged in so far so good looks great in the kitchen very happy with purchase.

We love our new refrigerator!! The buying and delivery was easy. The hard part was me deciding which Refrigerator I wanted. It was narrowed down To the dimensions I had to work with. The salesman was very helpful the whole process. The delivery men were very careful not to damage the refrigerator or my doorways. Made sure it was level and they told me some about the refrigerator. They all did a great job!!

Pros: Fair price. Keeps everything perfect temp. Very roomy. Well designed for spaciousness. Great depth and height. Cons: Not enough light. Veggie drawer is small. No light on ice/water dispenser. No tray to catch residual ice/water so water drips on the door to the floor. Pro/Con… I have mixed emotions about the fact that there are no handles. Love that they don’t get in the way but it is a little dual… at least it is with the black stainless. Overall it’s a keeper. Considering the price and all the pros, I’d buy it again.

The fridge is great. It's got a lot of space and is basically quiet for the most part. It does make some noises where it sounds like water is dispensing but I think it's the ice maker.

I have always wanted a side by side with water and ice dispenser. It is way bigger then my orginal fridge. It holds what i had in both of my old fridges.

What we love -sleek design without handles -large door shelves fits gallon of milk -easy water and ice dispense - fits out lifestyle -side-by-side door is a plus for us we can hide popsicle on the top shelf of freezer, we have little ones and botón freezer is easy access . My parents have the freezer on the bottom and it’s a free for all and the kids clime on the handle and use it as a stepper to get to the fridge snacks. The only thing I wish this refrigerator had was extra drawer for deli meat and cheese.

Even though I bought it at a BestBuy Outlet, it had minimal cosmetic issues. Fridge is spacious and cools everything quick, freezer also freezes quick and maintains its temperature well. Easy to move in case you need to, and water line was easy to install. My only complaint is that the water/ice dispenser doesn’t have a light… other than that, great fridge.

I recently moved into a house that had the original appliances from 1997! I finally gave in and bought a new refrigerator. I’m loving this Samsung refrigerator! It’s very nice looking and extremely roomy! The digital readout for the temperature is a nice touch. Please note that it is a large refrigerator. They had to take the doors off of it in order to have it fit through my doorway into the kitchen, But everything was reassembled fine. I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

Our trusty almost 20 yearold Hoptpoint died so we decided to upgrade. So far so good. It’s a little bigger, but the ice capacity is about half. (My wife makes a lot of smoothies.) Also, you cannot adjust the shelves. If you can get past that, it’s great. Also having Total Tech (I know that’s not the name now) is awsome. Free installation, haulaway, and water line.

Love my refrigerator, highly recommended! The amount of space is more than enough for me and my family of 6. The elegant look is something I've never seen before with it's handle-free design, it also works out my 3 older daughters not having their tracks behind lol

When opened, the doors extend past the outer side limits. Keep that in mind if installing near a wall.

Works great, has plenty of space, and the color is nice. The water and ice system works well.

I ordered this fridge on Feb 4th 2022 and it was on backorder, so I had to wait until April 4th for delivery. The delivery process was really smooth, got an email the day before and a call 30 min out. The delivery guys were great, fast and efficient, they had to take off my front door to get this beauty in, but that was no problem for them. They set it up explain the features and we were all set, this fridge is much larger than our last and it is simply beautiful, I love everything about it. It runs really quiet and that was surprising with how big it is, no problems with ice being slow to be made as others have stated, it fills up quickly. The only cons are, I wish there were a light in the water section outside of fridge and a smaller bin inside the fridge for butter or cheese.

Better than we expected! The handles are built into the door instead of fixed to the front. Has worked perfectly. Easy to move on and out for cleaning. Large and roomy shelves.

The refrigerator is nice, inside and out. The functions inside are perfect for our family. Ice machine is such a plus. Freezer is perfect, because we're not packing it with tons of stuff and not knowing what too cook. Perfect size fridege. Easy to clean and kind of easy to replace filter

Extremely pleased with our new Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with large capacity. Excellent amount of space in both refrigerator part and freezer. Having the ice machine in the door frees up a lot more space in the freezer. Would highly recommend the ice maker in the door. Also, we had Best Buy deliver and setup for us...hands down the best service we received when installing a major appliance in our home. The whole experience from the time we walked in the door at Best Buy in Rogers, AR to the time we had the appliance installed by their delivery service was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend anyone looking for a major appliance that they make the purchase through Best Buy in Rogers, AR. Salesperson and Service department go above and beyond to help you with your purchase and make sure everything is working correctly once installed. Will purchase all future appliances for my home with Best Buy due to their customer service and products they have available.
