I love this refrigerator. So far so good, very cold it fits a lot of frozen foods and big enough for one month of groceries. We finally have a filtered ice maker which is very convenient for my kids. No more freezing water to ice. The delivery fee, and haul away fee was very worth it to us, we didn’t have to stress of throwing away our broken fridge. Plus we had our refrigerator installed for free because we spent over $1000 for the refrigerator. I forgot how it worked but the fees were very worth it. Not a single scratch on the refrigerator, when it was the delivered to us and the guys were very cautious of scratching our doors and walls. They were very professional on how they delivered our refrigerator and even gave us instructions to how to use the refrigerator. I definitely recommend purchasing delivery fees and haul away in case you don’t have a big truck to help you load and unload this big. Overall our experience from start to finish was awesome. And I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a good size fridge.

Very happy with my decision to purchase this refrig. For a side by side, there is a lot of room on the freezer side. The drawer is good for bags of veggies. Wasn’t sure the ice bin would hold enough ice for us, but it’s not been an issue. The outside is sleek looking and the water/ice dispenser is large enough to fit tall water bottles under. Though the refrig side shelves are not adjustable, I can fit all sizes of containers and bottles in with a little imagination. There is a lot of space on the top shelf, but Wine bottles don’t fit, so I put them on the door.

Love this refrigerator! So spacious and it's perfect for my family's needs. Large storage drawers, deep shelves and tons of space in the door. Ice maker bucket could be a little bigger but then I'd lose space in the door so it's ok. I'm happy that I can place milk, juice and other large bottled items in the door which saves space on the shelves. Rod and Alex were wonderful when they came to install. So professional and personable. Tom/Tom S were great in helping me choose a perfect product for a great value. Overall we had an awesome experience with the Peoria, IL store and all the associates. I highly recommend dealing with this Best Buy.

I like the fridge, is silent, does not release much heat, the fingerprint proof feature really works, I was skeptical about that but it has something that makes it resistant. The space inside is plenty and the water, ice and crushed ice features work well. The water filtered is at decent temperature. The water filter is a bit expensive at 50$ if original, that is for 300 gallons only. There are some other alternatives below 30$ that I will absolutely try. The installers from Best Buy were very careful and did a clean good job.

So far so good, Very nice space inside. The Fridge does not come with a light by the water and ice maker. It also does not have a drawer for smaller items like deli meat etc.. So i improvised and used a drawer from my old fridge. I also added a led light to solve that problem by the ice maker. purchased the light from Amazon and it turns onby motion.

So far. So good. Great fridge. I agree with other reviews. Only downfall I find is no light on water and ice dispenser. No biggie. I just open the fridge door. Otherwise. No problems. It’s quiet. And looks great. The guys were excellent that installed it. No dings. No floor scratches. And very professional and friendly. And Alesia at the Idaho falls location was great. Got me hooked up in a jiffy. I give her and the guys 10 stars. Thank you.

Love it. It’s a great upgrade from my smaller Maytag refrigerator. I like that it shows you the temperature in both the refrigerator and the freezer and that the water filter appears to be very easy to replace. Also, the LED lighting allows you to see everything.

This refrigerator is very spacious and it looks fantastic. I have 4 kids and the fingerprint resistant finish truly makes a difference. The ice maker and water dispenser work like a charm. The operation of this unit is very quite as well. My only complaint is that on this brand new samsung refrigerator the samsung logo in the upper right hand corner is crooked. I think this is completely unacceptable. No one , not even my wife noticed until I pointed it out but I see it literally screaming at me every single day. If I knew how to remove it and align it properly I would but I don't want to mess it up worse than it already is.

I would have thought that a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser would have a light. This one does not. Also, the ice dispenser does not work consistently. My opinion has greatly decreased based on the fact that my appliance came damaged, and I was only offered a small gift card. If it was sold like this in the store, it would be discounted much more than what I was offered. I’m extremely disappointed in my experience and will probably no longer shop at Best Buy.

This is an awesome fridge for the price paid - it is so spacious compared to the older fridge that was in the home we purchased. Inside, there is plenty of space, we had standard Fridgidaires in the past properties, but this seems to have maximised space much better. We have a lot of stuff, but moved from the old fridge to this it looks more empty (in a good way). The freezer has equally enough space for us as a couple that cooks from scratch most days. The water is perfectly cool, and tastes so clean! Great filter that comes with this. It also provides decent ice, and took overnight to get a decent supply built up. The fridge is also incredibly quiet - I don't really hear it at all! There are a couple of negatives, the fridge could do with an extra door shelf for the freezer, as they only supplied a couple but have space for one more. Also, the water dispenser drips a bit after you get some water. But the tiny irritations are nothing compared to value for money! I'd highly recommend this.

I've only had it a week, but its been great. The finish is better than expected, and temp is perfect. A lot of room inside too. Delivery and install went as good as can . Only 2 small negatives. You can't adjust shelves. And no dril tray for the ice/water dispenser. Otherwise its great!

What we love -sleek design without handles -large door shelves fits gallon of milk -easy water and ice dispense - fits out lifestyle -side-by-side door is a plus for us we can hide popsicle on the top shelf of freezer, we have little ones and botón freezer is easy access . My parents have the freezer on the bottom and it’s a free for all and the kids clime on the handle and use it as a stepper to get to the fridge snacks. The only thing I wish this refrigerator had was extra drawer for deli meat and cheese.

Even though I bought it at a BestBuy Outlet, it had minimal cosmetic issues. Fridge is spacious and cools everything quick, freezer also freezes quick and maintains its temperature well. Easy to move in case you need to, and water line was easy to install. My only complaint is that the water/ice dispenser doesn’t have a light… other than that, great fridge.

Our trusty almost 20 yearold Hoptpoint died so we decided to upgrade. So far so good. It’s a little bigger, but the ice capacity is about half. (My wife makes a lot of smoothies.) Also, you cannot adjust the shelves. If you can get past that, it’s great. Also having Total Tech (I know that’s not the name now) is awsome. Free installation, haulaway, and water line.

I recently moved into a house that had the original appliances from 1997! I finally gave in and bought a new refrigerator. I’m loving this Samsung refrigerator! It’s very nice looking and extremely roomy! The digital readout for the temperature is a nice touch. Please note that it is a large refrigerator. They had to take the doors off of it in order to have it fit through my doorway into the kitchen, But everything was reassembled fine. I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

So this thing takes up a good amount of space and you really need.to make sure you measure all doorways and everything correctly. Had to take 3 doors off to get her to her new home. But she comes packed and wrapped to prevent scratches, the water line was a simple hookup and following the directions included we had her up and running in no time. Digital controls for freezer and fridge Temps is awesome. It cools the filtered water so you need less ice when drinking it. And about the ice, we thought the amount it can store may be an issue bit once the ice maker is up and working 100% we haven't had any low ice issues at all. And this thing has so much room! The second fridge we keep in garage to hold frozen foods is basically not even needed anymore.

I ordered this fridge on Feb 4th 2022 and it was on backorder, so I had to wait until April 4th for delivery. The delivery process was really smooth, got an email the day before and a call 30 min out. The delivery guys were great, fast and efficient, they had to take off my front door to get this beauty in, but that was no problem for them. They set it up explain the features and we were all set, this fridge is much larger than our last and it is simply beautiful, I love everything about it. It runs really quiet and that was surprising with how big it is, no problems with ice being slow to be made as others have stated, it fills up quickly. The only cons are, I wish there were a light in the water section outside of fridge and a smaller bin inside the fridge for butter or cheese.
